Ubicación inmejorable

Las habitaciones son acogedoras y muy cómodas, pero sobretodo destacaría las instalaciones así como electrodomésticos nuevos y de gran utilidad. Hasta tienen lavadora a tu disposición! :)

Tuve mala experiencia con otros clientes poco respetuosos con el ruido ya que las paredes son finas…

Schöne bequeme Zimmer, würden hier nochmal übernachten.

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Leider ließen die Sanitären Einrichtungen zu Wünschen übrig. Die Dusche konnte nur unter großen Mühen abgeschlossen werden, das Handtuch musste draußen aufgehängt werden und der Duschkopf war so lose, dass er einem ständig entgegen gefallen ist. Vom Personal war keiner vor Ort, wir haben alles über WhatsApp ausgemacht. Die Wände sind SEHR dünn, nebenan war eine Familie und die waren auch spät in der Nacht noch sehr laut und gut zu hören.

Clean and comfortable stay

Facilities make you Feel like home. Clean room with comfortable bed. Maurice has been very helpful through out my 3D2N stay. Would consider this place again. Also , a Washing machine with dryer is provided.

Noticed that main entrance/door is always not properly closed.

Great location and value for money

Queen size room with mirrors, shelves, desk and bedside light. Plenty of room for 2 people, quiet and great location. Great value for money

My only issue was the noisy floorboards and other guests being a little noisy at 6am

Great location and great workspace

Great location, in the centre of town and walking distance from nearly all the main tourist attractions. There are lovely cafes behind the hostel and I felt safe in and out of the hostel. I booked a room, though windowless it was very airy and large so it didn't feel confined at all. The kitchen was kept very clean, though the bins weren't cleaned daily, so they overflowed occasionally. There is an electric hob and fridge so great for cooking your own food. There is a lovely workspace in a large open space near the kitchen.

The toilets could be cleaned more often but it wasn't too bad Not the fault of the hostel - This isn't the most social hostel, the dorms are downstairs while private rooms are at the top, so there weren't too many people to interact with

RECOMMEND!!! Good place for stay one night or more!

Location opposite of Kuching waterfront, near to eatery area. I stay at second level which provided with dining place. Hot/cold dispenser, stove and etc. You allow to cook also. Room is clean, suitable for couple or alone or small family. Charging device provided too. No TV in the room but BIG tv located at third floor. I like the concept.Very cozy. Worth the value and will definitely come again. And the best is quick response from hosts. 👍

Only need to standby the slipper. 🤭

Great location for short stay

Central location right on the waterfront. We had our own room .

For me it was all fine as I wasn’t expecting a 5* just a place to stay for the night . Bed was comfortable and air on worked great room was dark as no window . The corridor was really hot and the shared bathroom a little far from our room . Otherwise all good

Propere zaak, hulpvaardig via Whatsapp. kleine opmerkingen die makkelijk op te lossen zijn.

Proper, modern accent.

Te dunne tussenmuren. Wat moeilijk om via de smarthphone alles op orde te krijgen om de kamerdeur te onlocken. Veel te warm bij het binnenkomen van het gebouw. Frustratie bij app installatie.

If you’re looking for a spot in Kuching, this is it

What a great stay here. Location was perfect, chill out space upstairs with big tv. Great wifi Co-working space within the property with plenty of space for papers, workbooks etc as well as laptops and loads of charging points. Rooms were big enough and regulated temperature well Responsive host on WhatsApp Free washing facilities

Toilets needed some repair but they were being repaired on our final day

Perfect for solos / couples / families alike

The location and facilities truly are 10/10 - equipped kitchen, with freezing and boiling water, and the washer/dryer was a life saver to wash my clothes after a few days sweating in the jungle. The owner was wonderfully helpful and friendly, the only issue I had was checking in initially because I did not have a local sim card and there are no staff regularly on the premises, so bare this in mind if you are just arriving in Malaysia.

Superb location near to eatery n attractions Basic facilities but all complete Double lock on the door, feels safe Bed n blanket is clean n comfortable Shared toilet, hot shower n toiletries provided There is enough ports for charging devices Aircon is great too Second level is communal dining place. Hot/cold water dispenser, stove, Cutlery etc are provided. Third floor has TV lounge but I didn't use

Only the pillow is a bit too soft. Will be good if can provide second pillow Floor outside is noisy when other room guests walking. But it's OK all subside by bed time

Good Location, Comfortable Stay

Slippers, towels, desk lamp, enough plugs to charge, sml rattan basket for sml items, enough hangers, washing machine and dryer, body shampoo in shower, quiet hostel, in front of waterfront, nearby eateries and souvenir shops, convenient location to book ehailing, quick response from hosts. Behind is Chiba Street. Good food around.

Not a community hostel with activities or to chill out. You won't see anyone around. Only staircases so bring sml luggage.

A very enjoyable stay at Upspot and I loved Kuching

Fantastic location and such an awesome view from my window looking out over the river. Hosts were very helpful too with any questions I had. Really happy with my 5 day stay.

Floorboards a little creaky but not an issue. The stairs up might be a challenge for some, but it was only once I had to carry my bags up!

Nice and friendly staff. Excellent location

The person in charge is very friendly and helpful, you could message him on what’s app and get quick response and help. We stayed at this hostel for 5 nights in Kuching. The Air con works very well and room is fully equipped with shared washing machine and dryer machine, freezer, kitchen facilities，etc. You can refill your bottle in water dispenser. The main advantage of this hostel is close to the waterfront. It means you can walk to everywhere in downtown without grab.

The river view room gets a bit noisy as it’s near to the street. And some parts of wooden floor are loose so make creaking sound when people pass by. If you are a light sleeper, recommend to choose deluxe queen room.

Localisation parfaite pour un séjour low cost donc la rapport qualité/prix est excellent!

La localisation est parfaite. La chambre est confortable.

Pas beaucoup d’intimité. Les sanitaires partagés ne sont pas très propres. La machine à laver est mise est à disposition mais il faut pouvoir avoir le créneau entre 2 machines de linges de maison. Le check in s’est fait tardivement à cause d’un retard du personnel, ce qui a sérieusement entravé nos plans de la journée.

Perfect spacious room, in excellent location

Great, spacious room with excellent aircon and your own TV (which after a long day exploring felt like an absolute treat!). The hosts were lovely, providing us with a huge list of recommendations for the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend!

Very helpfull host and very good location

Very helpfull host and very good location, nice that you can do your laundry there. Clean room!

Very warm in the bathrooms and noisy rooms from outside. A mirror in the room would be nice.

Sentirsi a casa a Kutching

Struttura molto comoda sia per la posizione che per i servizi offerti. Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti non di seguito in due stanze diverse. Sono tutte molto spaziose con diversi punti d'appoggio molto comodi. I bagni in comune sono puliti e abbiamo usufruito della lavasciuga presente nella struttura. Il self check-in è molto comodo ma è importante avere il telefono con internet e con la batteria carica.

Suggerirei di mettere a disposizione dei phon e di aggiungere lo specchio al bagno del secondo piano.

Pleasant stay right in the heart of Kuching

It’s right at waterfront. The room to the street is really nice to see even fireworks when it’s Independence Day. There’s Netflix on a huge tv! Very nice room design and comfy bed.

It’s a bit too advanced system. To check in you need an app. Then you don’t really meet any staff. No one to ask info about the area. Toilet and shower is outside and it’s a bit far from the nice room.
