House Romaine is a modern, light and tastefully furnished apartment for up to 4 people close to the cable car and slopes. Located on the ground floor (90m2), with a large terrace with panoramic views. Featuring a master bedroom with 4-layer all natural COCO-MAT bed (180 x 220 cm) and a twin bedroom with two 2-layer COCO-MAT beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be connected to each other. The apartment provides a bath/wc and a shower/wc, both with sink and hairdryer. Organic cotton bed linen and towels are provided. Open plan area with kitchen, dining area and living room with Sonos sound system and a smart flatscreen TV you can use your own streaming services on. Free WiFi all through the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, cheese fondue set and raclette oven. The apartment benefits from large windows and panoramic views in all rooms. The large terrace is equipped with a garden table, comfortable chairs as well as two lounge chairs. There is also a shielded area for bikes. The Alpin Express cable car is within 100 meters walking distance of House Romaine. Your own private ski storage facility with boot dryer is within the building: no need to rent one at the slopes. Laundry room with washer and dryer is also available in the building. House Romaine EG is completely furnished with handcrafted all natural COCO-MAT furniture and warmed with geothermal heat. It is equipped to rent out for maximum 4 persons, is non-smoking and no pets are permitted.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. SaastalCard included. Final cleaning and bed linen, towels and kitchen towels included. The kitchen must be cleaned by yourself.
