Location

Great location. Beach is literally across the street. Many great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Nice balcony.

Was a bit tricky finding the parking garage the first time. Bright white ceiling lights were a bit harsh to the eyes.

I wish I'd taken a deeper dive into the reviews before booking! - Multiple messages with 'to-do' (cleaning) lists - one upon booking, one day before arrival, one day before checking out - didn't make for a relaxing holiday knowing we'd have to spend our final hours there ticking off a list of chores. It made us feel like we were an imposition to the owner. - I'm a little perplexed at the $200 cleaning fee charged when you are expected to clean the apartment; clean, dry and put away all dishes; empty and take out all rubbish/replace bin bags; and put towels on to wash when checking out. - Apartment could use a decent deep clean - dust/hair on tiled floors on arrival, scum around bathroom sink taps and overflow, shower glass quite water stained. It feels like outgoing guests are cleaning the property. - The apartment, building and furniture are quite tired. - The water from the bathroom tap runs INCREDIBLY hot - I scalded my hands quite badly on first use. - There is no rubber seal on the bottom of the shower door, so no matter how you position it, water runs underneath and floods the bathroom floor. - You are asked to keep noise to a minimum, which is a reasonable request. However, you can hear literally everything that goes on outside the apartment - neighbours chatting, phone calls, people splashing in pool, doors slamming etc. - at all times of day and night. Our sleep on the first night was interrupted by people in the next door apartment talking at a seemingly normal volume (that apartment also appears to be owned by the same owner - same decor etc.). - We spent the majority of our time in the apartment feeling quite disappointed. We stayed at this property in October 2024 and I can now see that the price per night for the weeks following our stay have doubled (to between $770-$900p/n), which is wild given the lack of value for money at half that price!

great spot. very clean. apartment was (over the top) shiny white and sparkling . Views are a full 180 degree of Bondi and verging on the spectacular . Hosts Very kindly made sure most essentials were available and in good supply (i.e. not an olive oil bottle with 8 drops left in it!) in the cupboards and everything worked very well . Well equipped kitchen. Hidden Laundry works well. The spare keys on bench helped.

We got too many emails as we were arriving, that were descriptive but hard to sort out in terms of codes and keys when arriving after a long drive - all were regarding access. After 10 minutes, it was actually fine to come and go after you got into the carpark then the unit just once. I had to work from the apartment one day and would have liked a small , normal height table and chair (even a fold out card table).
