This is the best choices of Hotel in Batu Gajah at the moment.

No breakfast, location is good as nearby not many choices of Hotel

This Hotel doesn't have Receptionist or cleaning staff. Get ready to check in on your own, if you check in at night and you found out your bed sheets is dirty, you can't get room service to replace for you.

Exceptional

The place has a very unique decorations and good security plus have lift to go to upper level.. the room is so beautifully decorated as if it's a 5 star hotel although it's a cute size room and cheap price .Owner was sweet and they have pharmacy located nearby ,7eleven and food vendors to choose as per your likings. Will definitely come here next trip.

new hotel but no servicing from human touch.

the location was good, lots of restaurants around.Parking was good .the hotel was brand new.

there isn't any reception at the hotel, all by DIY, need to call ,get the password, payment all need to do DIY, so i would like to request booking.com to include this in the description. If i had known i would not book this hotel.

Price is great for the deco n safety features

The price obviously is cheap but the deco is amazing, thats the attraction point i think.

Toilet drain is clogged. Iron is anothet level, plus the Iron could use some upgrade, the current brand is lousy, better off not iron the cloth.

A hotel that should not be listed in Booking.com

1. The location was actually very far away from the town centre of Batu Gajah. It was somewhere in the suburb of Pusing. It took us some time to find it as the hotel was not listed in Waze. 2. When we arrived ( just before 3pm) the front lobby door was locked and we could not see anyone at the reception counter. In fact, we were informed earlier that there would be someone at the counter as we wanted to view the place first before we make any payment. So we called the hotel no but the girl who answered the phone insisted that we pay first. So we told the girl that we did not wish to stay at the hotel. The hotel ( from the outside ) looked deserted, unfriendly and we were not sure whether it was a decent place to stay. We felt uneasy about the place - It’s in a shoplot of a rundown suburb. I am truly Disappointed that such a hotel was even listed in Booking.com 3. The girl we spoke to earlier was quite rude and unprofessional. She cut me off in the midst of our conversation and said that she would call back. She never did. Instead, she sent me a message via WhatsApp which I received late ( after we drove away ) as the internet connection in a small backwater town like Batu Gajah is real SLOW. 4. They charged me the full rate as a penalty for not staying at the hotel. I AM GLAD we didn’t stay at the hotel. Others - please beware.

comfortable and nice place to stay

the hotel room is so amazing! The decoration is pretty😍 👍👍 even though being small but it is excellent and suprisingly the bed very comfortable! location is near to shop if want to buy food. next time i want to try deluxe room. the staff are very helpful.
