We had a great stay and would highly recommend Room 11-801 in Tower 3. The host Veronica was very helpful and helped make our stay very pleasant! The room is very nice and well taken care of. Everything is in nice condition and nothing feels old or dated. There is a full kitchen with many items required to cook and eat for those wanting to do so. The bathrooms (main bathroom with large soaking tub and separate shower and a second bathroom with shower) are beautiful! The balcony view is incredible with pools view. You also have an amazing view of the Sphere. It’s fun to watch at night. A great thing about the MGM Signature is you have your own pools only for Signature guests but also can use the MGM Grand pools. If you are looking for a nice property with a relaxing atmosphere but easy access to the excitement of Vegas….This is it!

Minor updates, such as a new couch and a modernized bedroom made this unit comfortable and relaxing. We have stayed in a number of different units at the Signature over the past 10 years, and more recently, some of them are starting to look a little tired. The owners of this unit have replaced the couch and dining chairs, upgraded the light fixture in the dining room and removing the dated giant desk from the bedroom and created an additional seating area, which really upgraded this unit. Really appreciated the little touches.

Very happy with our stay and would go back again! Clean/modern/comfortable accommodations. Great location for my family (just enough off the strip and quiet, but convenient easy walking access to everything). Nice pools, AC worked great with how hot is was during our stay. Great views from balcony.

We are nicely settled in and are thankful for the extra complimentary bottles of water. We would enjoy our stay even more if the manager could replace the hard tissue papers and toilet papers with softer ones. As I sneeze a lot towards the end of the trip and my nose hurts after using the tissue papers.

Our family loved this condo for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. It fit our needs so perfectly. It was clean, well equipped and was exactly how it’s advertised. We also had the perk of the monorail right at our doorstep to help get us to and from the Vegas Convention Center. We will be back most definitely.

My mom is 73 years old and this was her first trip to Vegas! The suite was beyond what we both expected. She absolutely loved the layout, amenities and comfortable setting. And the view of the Sphere at night was an added bonus. There's a Von's located on E. Twain Ave, a few mins from the suite by car. This allowed us to grab a few groceries to cook up a couple of meals in the fully equipped kitchen. And the jacuzzi in the master bathroom allowed for a very relaxing soak after a full day of walking, which she really appreciated! I would say, she truly enjoyed her first trip to Vegas!

This room was wonderful!!! I can not express how clean it was. I really like things clean. I love the balcony, you can see the sphere where they have concerts now, it’s perfect view of the sphere. The only thing I had a problem with was the valet parking on Saturday. They would not let us in, because it was full. We had to park at MGM. We had a long day and my feet hurt bad and I had to pay unnecessary Uber fees, because I did not want to walk. If I had known this was going to happen I would have taken some slippers with me to walk back. The room is in tower one so it is the furthest from MGM. Tower 3 is closer to MGM.

My husband and I traveled for a work conference. The location and ease to the monorail made getting around for many different events very easy. During our free time we enjoyed watching the sphere and F1 track, from the balcony. All staff we encountered were polite and professional. Veronica was very responsive to all questions and requests made during our week stay. We will be return guests.

We had a great time in this room for the F1 race weekend. Very clean and easy to check in and stress free. Owner was always able to be reached. The location was perfect for the races, it’s a bit of a walk, but that was expected, and you walk everywhere while on the strip in Vegas. Looking forward to booking other times of the year now!

My friend and I booked this place in a panic on Thursday because we needed somewhere to stay on Saturday and Sunday. I could not have been happier once I got up to the room. Everything was very clean and looked fantastic, but the best part was, by far, the view. It was absolutely gorgeous at night with all the lights from the strip. We even had a nice view of the Sphere and the ferris wheel. I would absolutely book here again given the chance, just for the view alone. As for the location, since we were in tower 3, it was a bit of a walk anytime we wanted to head towards the strip or the casino, but overall it wasn’t too bad. I highly recommend this listing.

We had such a wonderful stay at this suite. We loved the space, we loved how comfortable and clean it was. We did have a rental car while we were there, and the valet was easy to use, and they were fast. The proximity to the strip was great, you can walk all the way to the MGM without having to go outside. We were there to see a concert in the MGM. It was nice that there was a fire pit on the property to hang out around. We loved that we could clearly see the sphere from the balcony and the bedroom window. We were constantly looking out to see what it would show next. The communication with the host was great. All pictures that are shown are accurate from the F1 racetrack, the suite, and the views. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at this rental.

We've had the pleasure of staying at The Signature several times over the years and for good reason. We enjoy the quiet setting and close proximity to the Strip, albeit a decent walk either through the casino or outside via E. Harmon Ave. The rooms are huge and having two full bathrooms in the one-bedroom units is a nice luxury. The Signature pools are a nice option if you're not into the more party-like atmosphere at the MGM Grand pool complex. Can't wait to go back , , ,

Best views on the strip. Great communications with owner. In spite of the cyber issues in Vegas - the owner navigated through to make check in easy and painless. Property was as advertised - roomy -clean and very comfortable. Will definitely book here again.
