Disappointed in the property in general. Porch furniture was rusted and rotting with stained cushions. TP holder was broken.TV remotes missing batteries, etc. A lack of detail to the amenities considering the price. Won’t rent this place again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time! I felt like this location was in the middle of everything. If you take a left, you’ll be at Alley Beach and all of the shopping and eating. They have to offer if you take a right then you will have more great options for restaurants And entertainment! The house was amazing. Every room on the second and third floor had a view except for the carriage house! This house was great for our family vacation. Anytime we had a question about anything. They were prompt and they were respond! Definitely recommend using!!

Location was wonderful. Very short walk to the beach. Outdoor furniture was falling apart. Grass was not mowed and pool was not clean. Found a dead roach upon arrival and a live roach in the master bedroom during our stay. Maintenance came and sprayed but management never called me like I asked.
