Access Jump Right Inn using the keys in the convenient master lockbox by the front door. Step into the first-floor hallway. Make your way up to the top floor to the light-drenched living room, where you’ll take in a spectacular beach view, beachy décor, and pops of color. Relax on the comfy sectional sofa or chairs, including a swivel-rocker/recliner, as the ceiling fan circulates air overhead. Up here on the top floor, you’ll have the best view of the beach.

Enjoy your favorite sports, shows, and movies on the 65” Samsung Smart TV with ROKU device that enables you to watch popular streaming channels, supported by ultra-fast Xfinity Wi-Fi. An HDTV antenna also enables you to watch live local channels (on this TV only). Or play supplied board/card games – Jenga, Uno, Monopoly, Sorry, Trouble, Yahtzee, The Game of Life, Connect Four, chess, checkers, and backgammon.

The open-concept floorplan means the kitchen and dining areas are just steps away from the living room, so cooks don’t miss out on the action. Prep and cook culinary creations in the sparkling, fully equipped kitchen, featuring excellent lighting and all major appliances – large refrigerator freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, and drawer-style microwave. You’ll also find an unusually large selection of small kitchen appliances –air fryer (that also serves as a toaster), blender, hand-mixer, mini round griddle (for individual pancakes, cookies, eggs, and more), and mini maker (for individual waffles, hash browns, and more).

You’ll have plenty of counterspace for prepping, including on the kitchen island, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. A handy pantry offers supplies and space for your own nonperishables. Imagine prepping food at the kitchen island as you gaze out on the gulf.

Grab your morning hot beverage from the Cuisinart single serve + 12-cup coffee maker, which functions as both a drip coffeemaker and k-cup model. K-cups, sweetener, and creamer are supplied. You can heat water for tea with this model also!

Outside, you’ll find a world of fun and relaxation on three levels surrounded by a fenced yard. On the shady ground level under the house, cool off, splash, or swim laps in the pool, one of the only private pools in the Sea Isle area. You’re out of the blazing heat and rain as you enjoy the covered ground-floor amenities. You’ll find swimming games, life jackets, and goggles for the kiddos in the garage. Relax your stresses away in the spa. Lounge, snack, and watch TV in the bar area with compact fridge; the 60” Samsung smart TV with ROKU streaming device is on a rolling stand that you can place in the bar area, poolside, or anywhere on the ground floor.

Enjoy a nap on the swinging queen day-bed by the pool. Rinse off and refresh after the beach or pool in the outdoor shower. Lounge and take in some sun on chaises, as the kiddos play in the sandbox, kept clean with a hinged lid. Play pickleball or horseshoes with supplied equipment. In the evening, make memories around the firepit; you’ll find extra Adirondack chairs in the garage.

And, of course, the beach is just 500 feet away, and beach parking access is convenient. Grab sand toys from the garage and head out to enjoy the waves, along with shell collecting, sand-castle building, and kite flying.

You’ll love the convenience of the ensuite bathroom with its walk-in shower, double-sink vanity, and all bathroom essentials.

Enjoy the soothing ocean feel of the Blue Bedroom on the first floor, offering a king bed, bedside tables with lamps, and ceiling fan. Wind down to sleep watching the 60” Samsung smart TV with ROKU streaming device. A closet, dresser, and underbed space provide storage. Refresh in the ensuite bathroom with shower. In the Blue Room, you’ll also find a dedicated workspace for any remote-work needs.

The colorful Seashell Bedroom provides two full-size beds, ceiling fan, and a 55” Samsung smart TV with ROKU streaming device. Storage is available in the closet and under the bed.

Kids and kids-at-heart will love the Bunkroom with three twins and one full-size bed built-in, each with its own wall niche and light. Underbed drawers and a closet provide storage. A 43" Samsung smart TV with ROKU streaming device completes the Bunkroom amenities.

The living-room sectional converts into a sleeper to accommodate additional sleeping needs.
