We specifically chose this place because of their back yard. It was a great space for my kids to go out and play and get their wiggles out. Their game room was a huge hit and we all
Enjoyed it. It was a great stay.

My family and I were able to change the dates on my stay last minute with no problems. The residence was clean and very comfortable. We loved the location as well and felt safe. Thanks again for working with me on my last minute change. We will definitely use you on our future visits to Visalia and the Sequoias. GS

Clean and nicely decorated. Host responded quickly to our requests. Karaoke on Saturday night went until 3:30am. Great amount of space for our family. Bringing paper cups and plates made a big difference since there’s no dishwasher. Good value.

Great space for two families. The kids all loved it. We had bonus entertainment with a karaoke party at the house behind us for two nights. The host was helpful but not always immediately available. The biggest down side was the kitchen didn't have baking sheets or other utensils that would have been helpful. We made due but our cookies came out a little off cooking on tin foil.
Still a super clean place, very convenient to get us out to the Sequoias.

Erika's house was just about as advertised and definitely met the needs of our family while we were in town for a wedding. However, several small issues added up to a less than desirable stay. We arrived to find puddles of water on the floor near the laundry area and cleaned it with a towel. We then discovered that there were only enough towels for the 4 of us (no hand or kitchen towels) including the one for the floor. We also didn't know the dishwasher was broken until we arrived and saw a sign on it and had to use paper towels to dry dishes our first night. Some of the beds were missing top sheets as well. But the major issue was the back neighbors blaring music/karaoke with an outdoor sound system until very late on both nights that really impacted our sleep in two of the bedrooms. Not the owners fault but made for a restless stay.

The hot water system regulates the amount of hot water that can be used at any given time. Not nearly enough if 4 adults want to shower in the morning; even each taking 3 min. showers. The home is clean and the beds comfortable. All else is fine. The home is in a cul-de-sac with kids sometime outside playing. They are nice kids, friendly and not an issue. After dark the area is quiet.

Erika's place was perfect for our group that was in town for a wedding. There's plenty of things to keep kids and teens entertained. The home is very spacious and comfortable with a nice relaxing backyard. Erika was very responsive and accommodating as well.
