The location was perfect for us. It was clean and very comfy. Lots of facilities provided eg in the kitchen. Sitting on the front verandah in the winter sun was beautiful. It was warm enough with gas heating.
Probably should remove mention of proper coffee machine. When Italians arrive expecting an espresso machine, then find a pod machine…..😉. A little bit of traffic noise which may not sit well with some, but was ok for our stay. Only a small car can park off the street. Front steps would be a problem for people with mobility restrictions, however entry via back door is an option with only a couple of small steps.

The property itself is very pretty, but would avoid it in the future as it's not worth the money.
The whole house was very dusty (plants, curtains, etc.) - felt like it wasn't cleaned for a long time. We were sneezing for the whole duration and this could have been avoided just by having hygiene in place.
Leftovers from previous tenants were in the kitchen, which is never a good sight.

Location was great, A quiet street close to Cessnock and at the start of Wine Country Drive
Property was well furnished with quality furnishings, Its very much a home away from home
a rail for the front 5 stairs would be excellent, if stairs without rails are an issue you can still access from the rear of the property

Clean property and beautiful garden.
