Un havre raffiné de paix de tranquillité proche en voiture des salins malheureusement tous fermés en février

La beauté du lieu Un immense domaine décoré avec goût et transportant une histoire La salle de déjeuner ensoleillée et aussi très belle raffinée La chambre très confortable Un très bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié

Nous pensions profiter de l’espace wellness mais il était en travaux Dommage que ce n’était pas précisé sur l’annonce car c’était une des raisons de notre réservation à ce prix

An out of town gem

The pool was brilliant and perfect for our young child. The hotel building is beautiful.

It was a little further out of town than we had anticipated and the taxi fare was 20 euros one way for a ten minute drive. If future customers wish to have inexpensive, easy access to the town centre, they would probably be better placed to book a hotel within the town centre.

Lovely hotel with a big potential, only small changes needed to make it perfect.

The hotel and resort are spacious and beautifully decorated. Interiors and garden very tasteful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean with good air conditioning. I highly recommend a room with a jacuzzi on the terrace with a beautiful sea view, so you can feel like a celebrity :) The staff was very kind and helpful. The water in the jacuzzi was changed whenever we needed it, and tennis rackets were given to us on every request. Food and coffee in restaurant very tasty. Big parking, close to Trapani Birgi airport, markets in the nearest area. Lovely dog Rocco :)

Breakfast was quite monotonous and only cold dishes were served. The food was not replenished. There are quite loud wedding receptions almost every day, lasting until about 1 am. Information from the hotel about planned events would be useful. The pool umbrellas are of poor quality and not enough for all guests. The lifeguard closes them when the wind is stronger so they don't break. Swimming caps are required in the pool. Some of the staff don't speak English which makes it a bit difficult to communicate. A playground for children in a place with shade would be great.

We stayed in junior suite with own terrace and hot tub, was a great relaxing end to our holiday. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Short drive in to Marsala

Excelent, will definetly come back here for short weekend breake.

Our experience was amazing, the breakfast was really good, but the best part was the private jacuzzi on the terrace, with a sea view! We felt like in the movie :)

Staff around do not speak good English so communication was quite difficult. When booking, the photos of the rooms booked do not show the same. They show better room so it was kind disappointing. Staff should be knowing better about commuting means to the airport or to the city. Their advice was not helpful at all and not thorough.

Marsala, the Centro storico is worth it.

Very nice staff, luxurious main building, good breakfast, nice park.

In outer suburb of Marsala, not good to walk there, car is safer, because of garbage everywhere and watchdogs al over. Working with garden machinery on early Sunday morning is not a good idea, area outside Centro is polluted and poorly habited.

Great place to stay.

The igloo immersed in the garden. The abundant breakfast with typical food, just delicious. Calm area, very close to the city centre. The personnel very gentle and warm, as all the Sicilian people (and the Italians in general).

The igloo smelled a little bit of humidity.

Excellent service and facilities

Since we had arrived, we’ve been treated super well: the bungalow was spacious, cool and clean. The swimming pool respects all the new hygiene regulations, they also provide swimming caps for you. The dinner with the set menu was marvellous. The breakfast is rich and the staff runs always the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend the place.

One night only, there was a wedding and the music was a bit loud up until 00:30. However, the receptionist promptly sorted out the problem and communicated with the DJ. A really excellent service!

Lovely setting just outside of Marsala

Beautiful grounds and gardens outside Marsala, nice breakfasts, very large pool, spotlessly clean.

The small iglu like huts are a little sparce, they are comfortable but could do with some decorations. and outside space

Thanks for the free drinks but I need more happyness in a loby when I enter.

As usual staff not friendly, even if it is slow season and you pay jalf the price , you should not feel sorry because you got a good deal. The bed quality was one of the worst in whole Sicily , for beeing here for a month. Lobby and all very nice , but that’s not where I sleep. Ciao

Where are the welcoming attitude and free smiles. If you are looking into growing tourism , you have lots of work.
