Prima appartement op top locatie.

De locatie was top! 2 blokjes verwijderd van de Sagrada Familia en de metro. Het appartement was niet heel groot, goede bank/stoelen om na een lange dag lopen nog even te zitten met z'n vieren. Van bijna alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht op de bovenkant van de Sagrada was fantastisch, vooral in het donker. De losse bedden in de kleine kamers waren goed! Het contact met de eigenaar was heel fijn, hij reageerde heel snel op vragen, we konden op de dag van aankomst onze koffers al eerder in het appartement zetten en de sleutel vast meenemen. We kregen een appje toen het appartement schoongemaakt was.

Het twee persoonsbed was niet optimaal, als de een zich omdraaide bewoog het hele bed alsof je op een luchtbed lag. De douchekop was niet goed op te hangen doordat het ophangsysteem kapot was. Douchestraal zelf was gelukkig wel goed. Er stond in de beschrijving op google dat er een vaatwasser was, die ontbreekt, ook zijn droogdoeken voor na de afwas handig. Toen we aankwamen kwam er een flinke rioollucht uit de douche. Nadat de douche aan was geweest was dat weg.

Big apartment near Sagrada

Very near Sagrada Familia, metro and supermarkets. Big and has fully equipped kitchen

Bathroom is a bit small and limited garbage bags for 3 nights stay for 4 ppl.

Owner was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, good kitchen.

Bedrooms did not have AC so it was a little stuffy. Doors are noisy when opening. Just one bathroom and water temperature fluctuated a lot.

I would like to give 11 if possible. The best host in town and place you can't imagine that you could ever have!! Great atmosphere and very accomodating in everything and very easy to contact with.. A well recommended place for you to stay while you're in Barcelona!! Simply the best..

Clean, safe and comfortable

the apartment was clean. The location is very central, so you can go to everywhere and be mobile. The location is also very safe, which was one of the most important criteria for us. The apartment has an iron and two hair dryers. All other furnishing elements can be found in the description. Next to the Apartment is a kiosk, so you can buy some stuff. Mario was always available and very friendly. We are happy to recommend the accommodation!

Good location, close to Sagrada Familia. Clean. Has all you need for comfortable stay - kitchen, washing machine, toaster, dish washer.

Walls are very thin and you can hear what neighbours are doing e.g. watching TV, moving chairs. Sometimes it was a bit loud. 2 out of 3 bedrooms had windows to internal ventilation shaft. It did not bother us but good to know.

Everything about the apartment was good...clean....comfortable beds...nice area of barcelona

Maybe send customers a photo of the doorway to the apartment as there aren't any sign of it off street and in the dark was difficult to locate...asked a local lady who showed us where it was after 10 minutes of walking up and down road.

Pleasant, convenient in a great location

A very pleasant stay and very easy communication. Location is excellent, the view from the apartment magnificent. Spotless clean and cozy. We would recommend this accommodation.

Incredible location, stunning view, comfortable place to relax

The apartment is really homely, the view is stunning, the beds are comfortable and the communication from Mario is excellent. For the money, it is absolutely brilliant.

Nothing… it’s a bit well worn in places but kind of added to how homely it was.

Great location, good for a short stay

Great location, just 5 minutes from La Sagrada Familia and metro station, shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. The owner was very responsive, with an immediate visit to address an issue with the shower.

While the apartment was very clean and well equipped, it could do with some sprucing up. Furnishings are a bit tired and some fixtures /fittings need attention.

Superb

Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, many restaurants, subway. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds, quite spacious rooms.

Challanging to set the water temperature under the shower but it is not a big issue, just reqiure some more time than usually.

Very very nice

Very nice apartment for five of us, we had three individual bedrooms with very comfotable beds. There is dish maschine that suprise me and washing maschine. The view is absolutely amazing, same day and night. good location. contact with the owner amazing, we could check in earlier that i really appriciate.

A great place to stay

Good location for getting about, well-equipped, comfortable. All communication, key exchange etc very efficiently handled by Mario. And an amazing view of the Sagrada Familia!

Not a pleasant stay at this place but Barcelona is great! Should have taken another apartment!

Location was good - 7 mins walk from Sagrada Familia and we could see it from the balcony. Mario was kind enough to let us stay till 3pm before we headed to the airport. He was also accommodating when it was my error in the number of people staying there. We just needed to top up the difference. Please see my reviews on what I didn't like about this place.

We were not greeted by the host (unlike as stated by the other tenants) - that's besides the point. Check-in time was 3pm and we arrived at 3.30 pm, the cleaners were still preparing the place for us so we had to wait for them to finish. Mario was not very nice when he commented that we arrived early!! Upon checking-out, I spoke to him over the phone, and he accused us of taking the iphone cable & charger of one of his cleaners (that was kept in the kitchen cabinet which I happen to see when I was looking for dishwashing liquid). The girl asked me if I saw charger (using google translate) and I went straight to the cabinet to show her but it was gone and there was another plug there which was not the one I saw – we were using android phones and I told Mario we did not take it but he kept asking me to check my bags!! Note: her brother came at 12pm to do the cleaning and I told Mario that he could have taken it and now they are pointing the fingers at us! Mario said I should not get upset about this!!!! The company renting out this place needs to do repairs before they rent it out again - One bedroom window blind could not be rolled-up; the dryer door was broken (literally no glass); the bedroom door couldn’t be opened fully as it scraped the floor; bathroom door was creaky and woke up the rest if someone goes to the toilet.

Good

The location is excellent and the view of the Sagrada Familia was mesmerizing, especially at night. The metro is close, places to eat and it's an easy 20 minute walk to main areas.

The decor and amenities were lacking and looked much more curated in the photos. You can tell the apartment is not really lived in and is just for tourism. Things like extra toilet paper, paper towels would have been nice. I forgot to check the bathroom situation, it really should have two bathrooms with places for 6 people and the one it has is tiny.
