Cost retreat in a serene location.

Location- Amazing field and pond view for which we had chosen this particular resort. Manager- Mr. Tyagi was leading from the front...always on the job and doing everything to make the guest feel at home. Villa- We stayed in the villa and it was well furnished and had a fabulous plung pool. The washroom was amazing, well lit and well anointed.

Housekeeping- Can be better. Room was not cleaned even after 5 hours of request. However, Mr. Tyagi went out of his way to make things right.

Disappointing stay and experience and in a nicely built property, remote location

Our stay was short and we felt that we didn't do justice to the place with our limited sojourn.

The property was beautiful and maintained exceptionally well. The staff intuitive and helpful. The icing on the cake were the rooms which were breathtaking to say the least.

The food was the only disappointment. The breakfast was below par and the a la carte menu also meagre. Definite area of improvement for the team.

The experience we had wasn’t the ITC level at all. It didn’t worth for the price they are charging

The pump of the swimming pool was too noisy that the sound would come inside the cottage also. The hotel is understaffed as well. Pls note plunge pool is as small as a tub.

The place and staff makes you feel very grounded and the ambience here is great.....The bathing room here makes you never want to come out....They have a special room which is not listed yet and provides upon request since I am a frequent visitor and it is completely extravagant and must try.This place is filled with a lot of female staff which is a reason I opt this place being a solo female traveller.Isha, Katrina, Saloni.The food here is very healthy and tasty.Especially the fruit platter and the storii tifin box is perfect

Perfect Tropical Getaway ❤

Hidden Gem..We were welcomed with sea shell necklace & welcome drink . The room was huge and interior was on point. Plunge pool area gave a perfect tropical vibe. All the staff where so welcoming and helpful. They also did a lovey bed decor on our 1 year wedding anniversary. Esha, went above and beyond to make sure our experience was flawless. Liked the fact the rooms were spacious and neat, and looked very aesthetic. The staff were courteous and prompt to address our concerns.

The property was way too small, expected it might have atleast a gym. There isn’t much to do in the property except swimming, and it’s very removed from all the popular locations with activities for tourists. Their breakfast spread was very minimal. We also had the unfortunate experience of the drain reversing in our bathroom, but the staff quickly got it repaired and also tried to cheer us up by surprising us with some cake. Their locker/safe wasn’t working, the coffee station missed stirrers…these were some of the smaller oversights on the staff’s part.

Good Value for money. Spacious rooms

Our room was very spacious. And the bathroom was just amazing. Very aesthetic and chic. Overall the property was very quiet and peaceful hidden away from the city rush. The staff was very polite and helpful.

No cons as such but just to mention that the bed / mattress could be more comfortable. It was not bad at all, but just could be better.

Good for travellers looking for quiet time, away from beach places

Pros: 1. Newly built hotel 2. Big rooms 3. Serene location

Cons: 1. Breakfast spread needs to be improved. It's no where close to the ITC brand of hotels in terms of food (both taste and options) 2. Location is far off from the beach places. All beach places like Anjuna, Vagator, Baga are atleast 30-45mins away.
