Un rincón con encanto maravilloso

Un apartamento precioso, con todo tipo de detalles y en el que no le falta de nada, La cama es comodísima, el apartamento muy amplio e idóneo para pasar unos días. El propietario Alejandro es encantador y pendiente en todo momento de que no te falte de nada. Sin duda repetiremos.

Sólo decir como única pequeña pega, que la televisión que hay en la habitación no se veía nada más que un par de canales de televisión.

Me and my friends would stay here again!

Roomy apartment in good location between waterfront and old town. Host was responsive and had the place ready at our communicated arrival time (earlier than check in time initially pointed out).

Nice, but...

Location, is great, design of the apartmen is wery nice, the price is acceptable.

The first disappointment was the parking. It is not, although it says that it is. I spent almost an hour to find parking. Paid parking is open until 15:30, so if you arrive later in the high season, you will find parking only 500 meters away and then not immediately. The owner must remove the parking from the ad. It is imperative to hang curtains on the window and glass door from the street, as a bright street lamp will not allow you to sleep in the hallway. Another disappointment is the air conditioner, it is located in the hall and only cools it. The rest of the room remains warm. At the beginning of July it was sensitive, at the end of July-August it will be unbearable. Separately, I would like to note that the owner offers paid drinks and food in the refrigerator, but did not make the effort to buy such ordinary items as wine glasses, regular-sized glasses, a kettle and a second frying pan. The chest, on which it is written that you can put your things here, is completely filled with the things of the owner. This apartment has great potential, but it needs to be developed to make your stay unforgettable.
