Great location, good amenities, warm and airy
The entrance door lock is a bit fiddly

My booking was cancelled few hours before the arrival, however they have managed to book me another place that was not what I was expecting.
The stuff were very unprofessional, there were no towels or hand wash or even toilet paper. The TV was not working either.
I do not recommend this.

Checking was good codes and key was in place and worked well ,shower and toilet was clean
The microwave wasn't clean sheets and towels drying in the kitchen ,my partner got bitten, parking wasn't great ,couldn't work the TV very well so watched our phones, paint above TV needs touching up,lamp next to bed is a hazard its to separate peaces balancing together

So all in all was a lovely first night. Helpful staff, exceptional shower, reasonably clean n comfortable Then it became a nightmare. My flight was delayed and then subsequently cancelled and so I had to at the last minute re-book for a 2nd night. This was confirmed and approved (by the so called property manager). 10 minutes later I was asked to leave in the rudest and most unpleasant way possible by the same manager who had just accepted my booking. I was given no explanation other than they had “overbooked” and I should leave immediately. When i asked for my money back I was told to get out and speak to booking.com. This appalling treatment led me to feel that I was either discriminated against or that they put money above their guests by advertising the same room on multiple platforms with the view of kicking out those who had already paid for the room if by the end of the day they were able to secure another customer who would pay more. Shocking. Rubbing salt into the wound I was asked to pay £3 for laundry service (guests are forbidden From using the machines) which I eventually had to finish off myself as I waited hours and then eventually decided I had better take my items out the washer, put into then dryer and then take out myself as this “service” appeared to been abandoned half way through. The icing on the cake was that I noticed that other stranger’s dirty laundry had also been flung into the same washing machine I had paid for! If they put a little more effort into their customer relations this could be a great place to stay.

Not cleaned! Bedsheets not changed since last customers - there were long and short hair on pillows.
Also not an entire apartment as advertised.
You can hear everything happens in the communal kitchen till late in night

Location was ideal.
I had called ahead due to my messages not being replied to, to which I was asked ‘What do you want’ after I explained I was enquiring about the parking I was told ‘Not now’ and the phone was put down on me. We arrived at the facility to find a bin that hadn’t been emptied with sanitary products and vape wrappers inside. There was a used tissue on the bedside table. I also noticed the floor clearly hadn’t been hoovered as there was little bits of food everywhere. When we got back later that night, my partner pulled the duvet back to find black mess all over the bed, we can only assume the sheets hadn’t been washed after the previous visitors. To top it off the TV didn’t work and neither did the lamp.
