It was a good stay because of room n excellent breakfast

Breakfast was very good with a wonderful spread Room was good n spacious

The price was on higher side. The snacks in rooms in jars placed as freebies were not fresh. The hotel contact number was mostly switched off and delay in response for queries before coming to hotel.

Perfectly Green, Breezy, Beautiful - An OOTY mandatory stay.

The Willow Hills is located amidst green trees, quite serene environment but still not that far from the main town. I went with my husband to this stay, and i must say it is perfectly romantic for couples. The rooms were WOWWW! The view from the window, the outside garden area it is sooo beautiful and also well maintained. The staffs were really helpful and their hospitality is really welcoming. You won't regret an ounce staying here. It is a mandate stay for a nature lover who wants to enjoy OOTY in the perfect cold and breezy way. And also Earl's Secret the most rated restaurant is exactly opposite to this stay.

Wow!

Die Freundlichkeit und der Service waren nicht zu übertreffen. Wir hatten das Zimmer Tee Tree Room und waren begeistert. Bei Betreten des Zimmers viel ein angenehmer Duft und die schöne Einrichtung auf. Die Sauberkeit war nicht zu übertreffen. Wir wurden höflich auf einige Annehmlichkeiten wie Kekse und Tee hingewiesen und mit einem Willkommensdrink (natürlich leckerer Tee) begrüßt. Wir haben 2mal Abendessen genossen weil es so unglaublich lecker war. Unbedingt die Vorspeisen probieren! Generell war das Essen köstlich und der Kellner schnell, höflich und hat Wünsche direkt umgesetzt. Für unseren Aufenthalt schickte man uns eine Liste von Unternehmungrn in der Region. Wir wählten die Tee Fabrik, Schokoladenfabrik und den botanischen Garten aus. Dafür organisierte man uns eine Auto Riksha. Der Fahrer war klasse, zeigte uns auf Wunsch noch eine Teeplantage und den Bahnhof da wir Tickets erwerben wollten für den nächsten Morgen. Dies war leider nicht möglich, da die Bahn (UNESCO Weltkulturerbe) nurnoch Restplätze am nächsten Morgen frei hatte. Daraufhin organisierte uns das Hotel ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen und erneut eine Auto Riksha die uns pünktlich zum Bahnhof brachte. Wir bekamen die letzten 2 Tickets. Die gezeigte Teeplantage erkundeten wir am Nachmittag mit einem kleinem Spaziergang. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und man kann dort herrlich entspannen. Das Essen ist köstlich und das Personal ist nicht zu übertreffen an Höflichkeit! Danke für dem erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Ooty is a second home to me and now willow hill makes me keep coming back more often.

The food was exceptionally good. It was like home cooked food. I am very peculiar about the washrooms and here it sure was a winner because of that. The staffs were always at our beck and call and made sure we were comfortable all the time.

Good property to visit to experience quite from a top of hill

Location is totally quite Full on nature experience Food is unbelievably good - never expected this in Ooty Team is quite pleasant Wonderful experience at the top of hill
