Incredible recently renovated villa with a natural pool and direct views of the sea and the only beach in Casco Viejo.

Enjoy the best property in all of Casco Viejo, on the golden mile, on the beachfront. You will enjoy the best sunrises and sunsets turning the sky completely pink and seeing the Panama Canal.

The property has high speed internet with WIFI throughout the house; Air conditioning in all rooms and rooms of the house; outdoor video surveillance; Smart TVS to watch netflix, amazon, etc.

*Balcony with sea views. Incredible, the sound, the views, the spectacular sunset.
*Pool: It is a natural pool with little depth. Originally it was a natural source but I know how to adapt and install a pool pump system and the adjustments and maintenance were carried out.
*Beach. You can access the beach in front of the house, many people from the old town area bathe on that beach, others prefer to visit beaches outside the city (for a few hours a day the access to the beach disappears at high tide) .

This listing does not accurately reflect the property or amenities. The house was much more sparsely furnished than in the photos and much of the furniture was old and worn. There was one bottle of soap for the kitchen but no hand soap, no conditioner, lotion or other toiletries supplied--only small tubes of shampoo and bath gel. The "pool" that is billed as a "private pool" in the listing is only about 6 inches deep and the "wall fountain" was not functioning. The "newly renovated" home had peeling wallpaper in the bathrooms and loose fittings. Many of the outlets did not work. There was no iron or hair dryer even though they are posted in the listing. The property manager did bring both by the next day when we asked for them. The space is listed as having a "private pool", "balcony", "deck/patio" and "lawn/garden". There is the aforementioned 6" deep pool and a balcony off of two rooms that does offer a nice view but no deck/patio or lawn/garden. The worst part of the house was the water pump which ran any time water was used and was extremely loud and made a grating sound. We pointed it out to the staff and they said it was normal. The house is in a nice location but only two bedrooms have windows--the other three look interiorly to the atrium. There is a full kitchen but it is not set up for preparing food as the oven doesn't work and there are very few cooking pots/utensils. What appeared to be a fun, quirky house from the listing was very unpleasant.
