About this apartment rental
We would like to inform you that a neighbour resort, the Tingirana, will undergo tile renovations from February to end of June. You can expect some noise between 8 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend construction. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your understanding during this time.
This spectacular three-bedroom apartment was professionally furnished by one of Noosa’s top interior designers. And what emerged from the work was a luxurious abode that is part haven, part tropical retreat and part backdrop to one of the most beautiful natural environments known to man. With a prime position occupying an entire floor in a boutique complex of just three, the north-facing apartment is centred around a seamless transition of interior spaces and exterior drawcards.
Inside, soothing neutrals offer an ideal canvas for splashes of personality, from a bathroom shaded in bright ocean hues to feature bedheads done in eye-catching stripes, gorgeous white timber shutters and artworks that transform blank walls into miniature galleries. With spaces to both retreat and gather, including a separate office/family room, the heart of the apartment is the expansive open-plan living hub, which is cleverly zoned into living and dining spaces that easily cater for families and groups of friends. The area is serviced by an enormous state-of-the-art kitchen with space for multiple people to work at once, turning the freshest local fare into meals made all the more memorable by their location.
A second kitchen sits on the patio, accessed through sliding glass doors and serving as the ideal centrepiece for outdoor dining and entertaining. This zone lies undercover, making it ideal not only for sunny days but also those times when wild weather puts on a spectacular show.
From here, texture and colour take centre stage. A private patch of emerald lawn offers softness underfoot, while glass balustrading looks over the turquoise waters of the complex pool, ideal for a quick cool-off or respite from the balmy days of summer. Colourful plantings, sun loungers, tables and chairs make this an inviting spot to gather and chill, but a few steps further takes you through to the main attraction – the dazzling waters of Laguna Beach and the soft, silky crunch of sand that leads down to its shallows.
Here you can embrace the waves or simply enjoy the lapping of the water at your ankles. Go swimming, build sandcastles, try snorkelling or go surfing – the choice is entirely yours.
For nature lovers, you can follow the beach through to Noosa National Park for lush exploration or even a walk around to Sunshine Beach if you’re up for the challenge. Alternatively, embrace adventures of a more cosmopolitan kind and instead point your feet towards Hastings St, where gourmet and retail delights cater to all tastes and desires, from beautiful fashions to food so divine in belongs on the pages of a magazine. Like everything else in this part of the world it’s about being spoiled for choice, and embracing the rare and rewarding opportunity to enjoy your holiday exactly your way. Life doesn’t come any better than this.
