About this house rental
Come and discover this magnificent prestige home with its feet in the water! The garden overlooks the pretty Korejou beach, and the view is incredible from every room in the house!
The ground floor comprises a huge living room. Here you'll find a large, open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, including a Tepaniaky! (Japanese hob). There's a vast living room with a large library and a comfortable sitting room, with its ever-present sea view. From this vast room, you have direct access to a large terrace, with large sliding glass doors that open wide for both indoor and outdoor living!
Still on the ground floor, you'll find a separate toilet and a pretty master suite with a dressing room behind the bed, a bathroom with basin and shower, and a sublime sea view to wake up to in the morning.
The first floor comprises 2 double bedrooms under sloping ceilings, a separate WC, a mezzanine for quiet reading, a bathroom with shower and a splendid master suite. This suite has a king-size bed (160x200), still with its sumptuous sea view, a bathroom with bath and shower, and an office for teleworking. Mind you, teleworking is not easy because of the 180° sea view from the office!
The top floor is reserved for children. Here you'll find a large bedroom with 2 bunk beds and an adjoining WC with a washbasin. Please note that the beds are only 150cm long, so they are not suitable for adults.
Outside, there's a terrace accessible from the living area and a second terrace at the bottom of the garden. You'll fall under the spell of this terrace, as it offers uninterrupted sea views. Here you can read, enjoy an aperitif or dine while being lulled by the sound of the sea. The terrace is equipped with an Ofyr barbecue.
And to round off the visit, there's also an outbuilding available to you. It contains a washing machine and tumble dryer, but above all a sauna with a rest area! Ideal for relaxing after a long walk or a lazy day at the beach!
You'll also find a number of paddles available for your use during your stay.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket made from 100% local produce, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and giving advice on things to do and places to visit!
Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays des Abers and Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....
For children, there's also the 3 Curés amusement park and Océanopolis (one of Europe's largest aquariums) nearby.
For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Golf des Abers.
