This is a large river front home with a .75 acre yard which is fenced in the back where you'll see manatee's, dolphins, blue herons, and enjoy peaceful kayak rides (there's a little lagoon near by where the manatee's hang out!)

The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 full size couches, 1 love seat, private patio, 1500 sq ft dock, 2 kayaks, 3 bikes, fishing poles. Chefs kitchen, living room, dining room, and entrance. All kitchen utensils, pots, pans included. Linens, towels, etc all included.

You are also only a bike ride away from downtown cocoa beach bars and restaurants!
