Only 5 minutes away by car, guests can enjoy many activities in Tierra Verde's Fort de Soto State Park which beach was named America's Top Beach in 2009. by Trip Advisor. State park offers camping area, picnic shelters, playgrounds, two fishing piers, ferry service to Egmont and Shell Key, snack bar, nature and recreational trails, recreational canoe trail and many more.
Pass-a-Grille, a guaint, old Florida beach town at the southernmost end of St. Pete Beach is less than 10 minutes of the scenic ocean view ride. There you can enjoy a beautiful beach, outdoor art markets by Paradise Grill Cafe, restaurants, rooftop bars, fishing piers, dog beach, boutiques and ice cream.
St Petersburg Downtown and the newest attraction, St Pete Pier, offer a variety of entertainment - restaurants, rooftop bars, live music, kid friendly activities, world famous museums and art galleries.

This is a coastal style 4 bedroom/3 bathroom. It's 1800 sq ft indoor and about 1500sq ft covered pool area with a lush tropical garden features:

-second living room with the foosball table and a couch
- bedroom 1 - master bedroom with king size bed, private master bathroom, walk-in closet, smart TV and the pool entrance
- bedroom 2 with queen size bed and smart 55"TV
- bedroom 3 with queen bed and smart 55" TV
- bedroom 4 with 2 single beds (Single bed with expandable trundle pull out bed) and designated workspace area
- all 3 bathrooms are equipped with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and hair dryer
- bathroom 3 has a pool entrance
- beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella, beach cooler) are provided
- pack and play crib, high chair and toys are provided
- foosball table, board games and two adult beach cruisers are provided
- lanai covered oversized pool with outdoor pool bar, Weber grill, sunbathing reclining chaises and the seating area
- Pine trees in the backyard provide natural shade during the day when the UV rays are the strongest
