Attractive room, entire hotel with good decor. Location was a good base for walking around Porto. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Carr they arranged to the train station was pricy, but comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I just wish they would have had a coffee maker in the room and offered more towels per guest, overall it was a good stay, but with a coffee maker and more towels they would have gotten a 5-star review.

Excellent hotel. The location is convenient, within walking distance of all the main tourist spots and public transportation. The room is spacious and clean, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel - from check-in to check-out it is a very client friendly experience. The reason for only 4 stars for area around the property is the construction on the building next door, although this would not keep us from staying here again.

It really is the perfect place to stay. You could walk everywhere - the cathedrals, Livraria Lello, the Majestic Cafe, souvenir shops. There is also a lovely breakfast cafe just down the street - Do Norte Cafe by the Hungry Biker. The staff at D'Alma are very welcoming and the rooms large and very clean. Recommended hands down.

Our visit to this hotel started with a wonderful and personable shuttle from the airport with our driver Joaquim (spelling). This was followed by a wonderful and welcoming staff. Our suite was spacious and well appointed. The city was welcoming and we really enjoyed the local foods. Our stay at the d’Alma hotel was perfect. Thank you to the staff for this!!!!

This is a wonderful hotel. It has a really good location with lots of shops, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the rooms were outstanding. We know where we'll be staying when we go back to Porto.

We had a really good stay however we felt for a quality hotel and the price we paid for our room that complementry Tea Coffee and Drinking water should have been freely available in any quantity both in the room and reception area. We have travelled to my cities on our weekend breaks and are accustomed to these basic facilities.

This hotel was truly amazing. Staff were so helpful and friendly. From arranging breakfast for us which was the most amazing breakfast using local foods and garnishes to arranging transportation and answering all of our questions we felt welcomed during our stay. We had an amazing 3 night stay at the D’Alma. The value for what we paid exceeded our expectation. The check in process was so thorough and all of the staff were extremely nice. The room was absolutely beautiful, so clean, and very modern. The location is great— 30 seconds from amazing breakfast and a Michelin recommended restaurant as well as very close to many tourist attractions. We received service to the airport from the hotel’s personal driver who took us all the way to the terminal and was wonderful as well!! Definitely recommend.

We were super pleasantly surprised! It’s newly renovated and does look as nice as the pictures on the website! Our room was very spacious (we had 3 people) and very clean/modern. It’s located in a great area, easy to walk anywhere!! The staff was lovely. My only complaint was that they repeatedly hounded me prior to arrival as to what exact time we’d be arriving so I assumed it was so that a room may be available earlier but when we arrived at noon still had to wait until closer to check in (which is okay, just no need to hound in advance or at least explain why the pressure). Not a good reason to lose a star so would still highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! We also arranged for the driver to the airport and he was lovely!

This is an absolutely lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Anna, Louis and Diogo go out of their way to attend to your needs and make your stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend D’Alma Boutique and would definitely return.

Great location in Porto near restaurants and attractions but on a quiet street. Hotel is impeccable, modern, and attractive with superb service--restaurant recommendations and advice on tours. There is a quiet inner courtyard where you can relax and let the world go by. We loved this hotel!

I got an amazing "reward" staying here for 4 nights. Morning is construction noise 🏗️ Evenings is noise from all the other rooms / hearing someone showed. So did not managed to sleep good for my whole stay.

I booked 3 rooms. One for myself and my wife, and two other rooms for our older children and their partners. The rooms are spacious, clean and perfect for a comfortable short stay. The location is excellent and allowed us to easily walk to the main tourist sites, restaurants and bars within 10-20 minutes. We arranged an airport collection and return via the hotel which was also very professional and convenient. We had breakfast at 2 places within 100 yards of the hotel which too were perfect offering a range of options to suit everyone. Porto is a great place to visit and D’Alma makes this a lot more pleasurable. I am sure you will struggle to find better.

Nice and very stylish and clean small hotel. Very convenient location. Just two turn offs: room on the 4th floor with no elevator and overpriced and not very good optional breakfast for 15 euros per person. Almost next door to this hotel there is a cafe Hungry Biker where you can have much better breakfast! Woul recommend this hotel, not the breakfast

d’Alma Boutique Hotel is perfect in every way. The location is ideal for sightseeing. Both the metro and train station, Sao Bento, are close by. It is a beautiful walk to access Porto’s amazing riverfront and port cellars. There are also many restaurants and cafes in the area. Our extremely clean accommodation was equipped with all the modern conveniences yet keeping its historic charm at the same time. From the very helpful and pleasant staff to the lovely courtyard where you can enjoy a drink after a long day of sightseeing, we truly enjoyed our five day stay!

Loved this hotel, small and perfect. Beautifully restored townhouse with modern design touches. Great location just off main square. No bar or restaurant but these are on your doorstep. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when we return to Porto.

I LOVED this property, it was a great find in an amazing location next to Hard Rock Cafe so when I got lost on my last day all I needed to ask for was the hard Rock Cafe. Then I was golden. Tons is under construction in the historic parts.

The hotel is very new, clean and the size of the room was much larger than other hotels we stayed. Most of the staffs were friendly but one male staff was quite immature on client management.
