Great value Clean modern design. Good bed and shower. Close to the Stavros Niarchos Center.

It was the perfect location for our visit to the Stavros Niarchos Center -- a five minute walk away. There aren't many restaurants in walking distance in the area, but an excellent cafe located downstairs was perfect for breakfast and dinner.

I would have been nice to have a couple of glasses and the means to make coffee or tea first thing in the morning.

Fantastyczne miejsce na krótki odpoczynek.

Fantastycznie urządzone wnętrze, wygodne łóżko, dostęp do mediów, niesamowity taras z pięknym widokiem. Świetna kawiarnia/bar na dole z fajnymi ludźmi tam pracującymi. Przystanek na autobus i tramwaj tuż pod drzwiami. Dojazd na lotnisko ok 1h 10min - x96! Miejskie plaże dosłownie 3 przystanki tramwajem.

اطلالة جميلة و تجربة مميزة

موقع الشقة كان رائعاً مطل على البحر مجهزة بأثاث جميل وديكور بسيط ورائع الشرفة المتصلة بالشقة كانت راااائعة جداً خصوصية الدخول و الخروج

مساحة غرفة النوم صغيرة جدا لا تكاد تستطيع المشيء جانب السرير الحمام صغير جدا عدم توفر كاسات شرب القهوة

Alles in allem sehr gut.

Gute Ausstattung - sehr modern eingerichtet - ausreichende Grösse des Zimmers - relativ nah zum Zentrum von Athen - Café unten im Haus (für Frühstück) - super Betreuung.

Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine wünschenswert - Bad etwas beengt, wenig Ablagefläche.

It says on the add - Free parking but actually there is no parking reserved by the asset. You have to find parking on the streets around in the neighborhood.

Not a hygienic room

We stayed in apartment 5 and had a generally good experience. The host was very nice and responded quickly to our messages. The location is convenient, with trams nearby making it easy to reach everything.

However, we did encounter an issue with cockroaches in the apartment; we found dead ones multiple days in a row. While it's clear that disinfection measures are in place, this might be unpleasant for future guests. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.

Excellent, lovely clean and quiet apartment

A beautiful and well equipped apartment with a lovely cafe downstairs, very clean and quiet and within walking distance of the Release Festival in Athens, we will definitely stay here again if we attend the festival. Our host Iro was incredibly attentive and helped us with all our questions, absolutely 5 stars!

Напишу честно, как есть! На одну ночь этот отель подойдет, точнее не отель, а апартаменты. Если вы путешествуете на машине, конечно. Находится не в центре, а на пересечении дорог, что создаёт шум. Открыть окна невозможно. Внизу находится симпатичная кофейня. Мы там вкусно позавтракали, имейте ввиду, порции большие и почти всё, что мы заказали оставили! Ещё из плюсов - квартира большая, но сделана очень специфично. В ванне не развернуться, зато терраса хоть в футбол играй. Обстановка так себе. Видно, что все сделано не очень.

На один раз, по пути куда - либо остановиться ночевать подойдет, но жить там больше одной ночи. Нет!

אירוח מושלם שלא תמצאו במקומות אחרים מניסיון

מקום מושלם! חוויה נהדרת מאוד נהננו כל כך אם זה מהמיטות הנוחות, המרפסת הגדולה, התאורה, 2 המזגנים שהיו נעימים מאוד, הציוד שהיה בשפע!! התפלאתי מאוד שהיה שם כל מה שאני צריך!! בית קפה בקומת קרקע מוסיף מאוד יחס אדיב, שירות מהיר ומקצועי פשוט אין מילים לתאר את החוויה המושלמות נשאר להגיד תודה רבה ענקית על האירוח!! ממליץ מאוד!

Very good stay.

The property is lovely, spacious and comfortable. The cafe downstairs is good with friendly staff and good food. It’s good value for money and not far away from the city. We would book it again. The just Iro was very quick with her responses and readily available. She was very helpful. Thanks Iro.

We struggled with shower water flooding the whole bathroom, this needs to be sorted. We had to mop every after each shower, quite an inconvenience on our holiday. Also it would have been nice to have spare bedding in the room and towels easily available other than having to ask the host each time. We did not get any cleaning during our stay which was fine but it would have been helpful to have a broom and dust pan. The floor got dirty from hair blowing and dust but there was no way of sweeping it up. But this does not take away from the property. It’s a nice and comfortable apartment, this is simple stuff that can easily sorted. We enjoyed our holiday.

Fantastisch

Ich empfehle es zu 100 % weiter. Alles war super. Sehr sauberes Apartment mit einer luxuriösen Ausstattung, einer schönen Aussicht und einem großen Balkon. Wenn ich wieder nach Athen fliegen sollte, werde ich da immer wieder buchen.

Καλή περιοχή, καλό δωμάτιο αλλά πολύ ακριβό γιαυτά που σου προσφέρει και σου χαλά τη διάθεση!

Άνετο καθαρό δωμάτιο. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Ανεπαρκής φωτισμός ανελκυστήρα (καμένες λάμπες;) Πολύς θόρυβος την νύκτα από τον δρόμο. Στο μπάνιο, απαράδεκτος εξαεριστήρας (σαν να ήσουν σε εργοστάσιο!), να τοποθετηθεί αγκιστράκι για πετσέτες ΕΞΩ από την ντουζιέρα (στον υπάρχοντα οι πετσέτες γίνονται μούσκεμα όταν κάνεις ντούζ) και να ρυθμιστεί ο μίκτης νερού ώστε όταν ανοίγεις για ντουζ να μην ανοίγει ο καταρράκτης (μεγάλο πρόβλημα για τις γυναίκες που τους χαλάνε τις κομμώσεις). Να τοποθετηθεί ένα καλαθάκι στο δωμάτιο για τα μικροσκουπιδάκια. Έξοδος από το κτίριο μόνο μέσω ανελκυστήρα. Προσπαθήσαμε να κατέβουμε από κλιμακοστάσιο και βρεθήκαμε σε χώρο γεμάτο καρέκλες κλπ, Επικίνδυνο αν συμβεί κάτι και δεν λειτουργεί ο ανελκυστήρας!

I would like to come back to this apartment to enjoy everything again. Gem.

Nice and clean small apartment with attractive design and super nice view from terrace located on the last floor. 2 nice ACs which is more than enough. Good and big fridge. Well equipped kitchen. 2 TVs. Nice terrace. Comfortable sofa and bed. Haven’t heard any noise from neighbors as each floor has only one apartment. In the middle of our stay the apartments have been cleaned.

Filters of both AC were very dusty. It’s pretty easy to clean them so please start do that. Also sometimes too noisy from outside because of the many 🛵. Internet isn’s very strong, but it was enough.

Όλα εντάξει.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Το ίδρυμα Νιάρχος σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Εύκολη η εύρεση πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο στην γύρω περιοχή. Πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια και μαξιλάρια. Μεγάλο συν οι τρεις τηλεοράσεις. Μία σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο και μία στο σαλόνι.

Οπωσδήποτε χρειάζεται παντζούρια (οι κουρτίνες συσκότισης δεν κάνουν ιδιαίτερη δουλειά) και τέντες. Μια θήκη για τα στεγνώνουν τα πλυμένα πιάτα και ποτήρια και επιπλέον κρεμάστρες για τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο.

Modern building with a great view

A very modern and well equipped house. Very close to the National Opera, Marina and Parco Floisvos. Bus- and tramstation one step from the Earth Boutique Apartments. The view from the Penthouse Apt is really really breathtaking ... specially at sunset!!! Everything was perfect... from check in to check out!!! Thank you for the nice stay!

Relaxing value for money apartment

Perfect location situated very close to Stavros Niarchos park, Floisvos marina and easy access even to Piraeus and Athens center. Also very easy to find parking spots in the area at all times. Apartment was very spacious with a very nice balcony looking towards the sea!

θα το ξανασκεφτόμουν

Η τοποθεσία αυτό που θέλαμε. το κρεβάτι και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν σούπερ. εχει γίνει πολύ καλή ανακαινιση. Ηταν καθαρα και περιποιημένα.

Η ηχομόνωση δεν ήταν καλή. ακουγόταν η φασαρία του δρόμου. Οι ελλείψεις στις λεπτομέρειες έκαναν τη διαφορά. Δεν υπήρχε καλαθακι σκουπιδιων στο δωμάτιο. δεν υπήρχε ποτηρακι για τις οδοντοβουρτσες στο μπάνιο. τα amenities ήταν μισοτελειωμενα (δηλαδή ήδη χρησιμοποιημένα). Παρόλο που στις παροχες είχα διαβασει ότι υπάρχει προσβαση σε συνδρομητικά κανάλια, δεν προσεξα ότι δεν έγραφε "ελευθερη" ή "δωρεαν" πρόσβαση σε συνδρομητικά κανάλια. Η καφετερια στο ισόγειο θα μπορούσε να ειναι ενα asset για το καταλυμμα, αλλα δυστυχώς. Ενω η αλμυρη βάφλα και τα μπριοσάκι ήταν εξαιρετικά, ο καφες δεν ήταν καλός και δυστυχώς το μπανόφι που παραγγείλαμε ήταν τουλάχιστον εβδομάδας. μας εφεραν κατι άλλο αντ αυτου, αρκετα μέτριο και φυσικά δέχτηκαν να πληρώσουμε όλο τον λογαριασμό.

Άνετο μοντέρνο με υπέροχη θέα

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα , είναι πολύ μοντέρνο διακοσμημένο και άνετο με 2 υπνοδωμάτια . Έχει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι καθώς μπορείς να απολαύσεις την όμορφη θέα . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

Ήταν όλα τέλεια το μόνο που θα πρόσθετα είναι ένα τραπέζι με καρέκλες στο μπαλκόνι .

Panorama e relax

La struttura ha un’ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro culturale Fondazione Stavros Niarchos, con una splendida vista sul mare e con un buon bar vicino. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’eleganza, il comfort ed i servizi offerti dall’appartamento (cucina accessoriata, tv, Wi-Fi, pulizia, set di cortesia). Nota di merito più che positiva anche alla host IRO, che ci ha prontamente assistiti durante il nostro soggiorno, nonostante fosse la vigilia di Natale. Gentile, cortese, disponibile, tutto quanto si possa desiderare da un host.

Ωραίος χώρος άνετος, στρώματα καθαρά και πολύ άνετα και ξεκούραστα κρεβάτια πολύ μεγάλα. Το διαμέρισμα είχε ότι χρειαστήκαμε ωραία θέα στην Μαρίνα φλοίσβου τα πιο πάνω διαμερίσματα ακόμα καλύτερη διότι είμαστε στον 1ο όροφο. Πολύ κάνα ανακαινισμένα 5 λεπτά από το Νιάρχος. Η καφετέρια απο κάτω ήταν άριστη και μπορούσες να πάρεις πρωινό ή καφέ ή ποτό. Ασφαλές πολύ Ασφαλές διαμέρισμα ωραία γειτονιά! Ζεστό διαμέρισμα και πεντακάθαρο. Φωτεινό και το καθιστικό και τα υπνοδωμάτια. Άριστη διαμονή σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε! Προσεγμένος χώρος! Καθαριότητα άριστη διαμονη άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από οικοδέσποινα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε

Δεν διέθετε πάρκινγκ όμως δεν δυσκολεφτηκαμε να βρούμε από κάτω από το κατάλειμμα.

I highly recommend this apartment.

Easy check-in and out. Beautiful view, nice and clean apartment with a very comfortable bed! The location was great with bus, train, and taxis all nearby. The Earth Cafe on first floor of building is amazing anytime of day 7am-11pm. They also offered one free maid service during my visit.

Road noice can be loud if your not use to living in a City.

Schönes Zimmer, aber zu laut und für Lärmempfindliche nicht zu empfehlen

Gute Lage, schönes und sauberes Zimmer, Blick auf das Meer.

Lage des Zimmers ist direkt an der Hauptstraße! Extrem lauter Straßenverkehr. Viele junge Leute fahren dort Fahrzeugrennen. Man kann nicht richtig schlafen weil extrem laut. Fenster lassen den Lärm direkt bis ins Schlafzimmer eindringen.
