About this house rental

Historic updated cottage on beautiful Canandaigua Lake. 200 ft. level private lake frontage...no steps. Exceptionally large lot, perfect for recreation. Gradual ankle-deep water access. Great for kids! Private, park like setting with charming creek running down the side of the property. Start your day strolling down to the beach with your morning coffee., watching the ducks and seagulls gliding thru the blue sky. Walk back to "Paul Newman" front porch and do "nothing" but enjoy the beauty of the lake. Being on the east side of the lake, you will relish hours of sun 'till evening spills forth with magnificent rainbow of color and spectacular sunsets. The house sparkles with new first floor "hardwood " laminate, softly painted walls and expanse of glass bringing in the beauty of the land and lake. The 2nd floor boasts new carpeting in the three bedrooms which will sleep up to 9 people comfortably. For your comfort, air conditioning, if needed. Modern kitchen, washer/dryer, and 58" TV with basic cable or streaming (your streaming services). Wi-Fi for your pleasure.
