Quiet oasis close to restaurants, coffee, and the rest of Eugene. Our host was friendly, helpful, and delightful. She's turned her back yard into a working vegetable and flower garden. We stayed longer than planned because it was comfortable and convenient. If we weren't relocating to the area, we would return. This is where we'll send friends and family.

My mom and I had the most relaxing stay. Our hosts couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful and shared their beautiful garden with us. I highly reccommend it.

We came to Eugene for the Olympic Trials (Track) and this gem was the perfect place for our 4-night stay. Clean, private, quiet, and charming. Spacious property and attentive hosts. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful little spot in a quiet neighborhood, nestled into a beautiful garden. The host is most gracious & the accommodation comfortable.

My brother and I stayed here just one night; the night before the Eugene Marathon. We didn’t really have a lot of time at the property as we were getting prepped for the run and left at 5:30 AM to get to the start line.
The space was clean, tidy and well organized, and Ginnie, our host was welcoming, helpful, and generous. I would definitely stay again!

Came to watch a game and sightsee. Great little neighborhood close to the airport and just a few miles from downtown. We rented a car on Turo so we could get around and Gary have a private parking space right outside your cottage. Hosts are very nice and the accommodations were as described. The garden is the selling point I would imagine in the summer months. We would stay again.

We stayed two nights over UO family weekend and really enjoyed the quiet garden setting. We even had fresh dahlias from the garden in the suite! I loved the thick bath towels and quality linens (but I’m picky). Our son stayed one night with us and we found a deck of cards to play a few games. Such fun! Our host had morning snacks for us and a coffee maker with good coffee. Best way to begin your day. Quiet, clean, and comfortable stay. Thank you, hosts!

Had the pleasure of staying at Ginnie's for a quick weekend trip down to Eugene. The property is just a few mins away from all the great spots Eugene has to offer and the setting is fantastic. Beautiful gardens tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. Ginnie was incredibly nice and welcoming. Can't wait to stay again.

Excellent hosts, perfect homey getaway to rest while in town to move my son into the University. I hope to have a chance to return and will stay here again.

Did not spend a lot of time here as we were busy and just needed a place to stay. It is clean. The AC did not cool the bedroom and the second "bedroom" is basically the common area or front room. The host is wecoming and attentive, she greeted us when we arrived really late at night. The place met our needs, though we would have liked a way to keep ice and a sink to fill our hydros a little easier.

My husband, me and another couple stayed here for a weekend. Ginnie's vrbo is like second home, they are warm and welcoming. The house is very clean and cozy for four people. They have a beautiful garden and you can spend hours there! They have a cute friendly cat Tino for company :) definitely recommend their place and would come back again if there is an opportunity for me too!
Thank you for having us!

My husband and I enjoy gardening. This property is large with several vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and berries growing. The owner made us welcome to help ourselves to everything which we did. The neighborhood is mature and quiet. The house is very clean. The kitchen area has a table, chairs, microwave and small refrigerator which worked for us. The owner greeted us as we pulled in and was always available to answer questions and make suggestions without being intrusive.

My wife and I recently stayed here. The rental is attached to the main house but separate at the same time. The lot is an acre with lots of beautiful flowers, vegetable beds and fruit trees. And privacy all around. It's in a neighborhood but it feels like you are in the country. The rental is very comfortable and clean and well stocked with fresh fruit, eggs from on site chickens, yogurt, coffee, and a couple of bottles of beer. Hosts were great. And the cat is unbelievably friendly. We'll be back.
