About this house rental
This is a simple, lovely home with spectacular views of the bay in Sag Harbor, very clean and comfortable.
On the first floor, we have a beautiful living room with plenty of seating, and a flatscreen TV, a newly renovated kitchen and a full baths.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor, two of them queens, and one has two twins, please note that the twin bedroom is right off of one of the queen bedrooms, there is a door to separate them, but they are essentially attached. There is also a full bath.
There is also a guest cottage on the property with a pull out, sofa, bed, kitchenette, and another full bath. The grounds are lovely and manicured, plenty of seating outdoors. We have kayaks and a paddle board so you can go right out on the dock and onto the water. We are about a mile into the town of Sag Harbor and have bikes for your use.

We spent our Valentines Day in this fabulous home, and would stay there again for sure. We are a family of 3, stayed in Mid-February with snow on the ground, and it was beautiful. There is a water view from almost anywhere you can sit. Maria was very nice to deal with, and everything about our stay was absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was off season but we still had a great time with the close proximity to Sag Harbor village. The cottage is small but cozy, keep that in mind for groups bigger than 3, but it is wonderfully dog friendly and we were all very happy. It held up in a seasonal storm, keeping everyone warm and dry. Would definitely recommend!
