The property is a beautiful mix of 'old meets new' with touches such as underfloor heating and a Sonos sound system that compliment the vintage sash windows and fireplaces.
The immaculate gardens welcome you in from the private gate on Marygate. A wonderfully spacious area complete with outdoor seating area and barbecue that's just perfect for socialising in the warmer times of the year.
Stepping into the property you will find the amazing house kitchen complete with Aga oven, Siemens combi oven and microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, Nespresso machine and all the amenities you'd expect to find in a property of this quality.
There are a couple of dining options in the property with a fitted bench and chairs in the kitchen itself or within the dining room itself if you prefer a more formal setting to seat up to 8 for dinner.
On the ground floor of the property you will also find the Georgian style living room complete with two sofas, coffee table and decorative fireplace. There's a Smart TV or some traditional board games to take you pick from.
There are two exquisite bedrooms to choose from, each complete with a luxury ensuite. The master bedroom is a delightfully spacious room with a super comfy super king size bed, huge mirror, walk-in wardrobe, two comfy occasional chairs, original feature fireplace and views over the courtyard.
The second bedroom also has a super king size bed that has the flexibility to be set as twin beds upon request.
Both bedrooms have ensuites. The master bedroom has a stunning freestanding slipper bath and separate walk-in shower, the second has a delightful shower room with walk-in shower.
Children over 4 years old are welcome at St. Mary's along with 1 well behaved dog.
Please note the arrangement with the parking. You can park one car in Marygate car park (round the corner), keep your receipt and we will reimburse you the full cost at the end of the stay.
