Super clean! Home is well stocked in kitchen, lots of linens, beach towels, washer and dryer, etc. loved having 3rd bathroom. The lower trundle bed in 3rd bedroom squeaked with every move but otherwise the house was just as described, well equipped, and so clean!

Great location to everything you could want or need. It was a relaxing stay for my family and I and I wish we did have to leave. Sitting on the back patio enjoying the morning and getting to see dolphins while drinking morning coffee absolutly phenomenal!

Nice, clean, and exactly as advertised. Thank you.

Clean house, responsive and friendly property manager, Cindy. The house is situated in a manufactured home neighborhood right on a cancal leading to the gulf. We saw dolphins feeding on mullet one evening. That was the highlight of our trip!

The house is clean with plenty of room for our group of four. The extra bathroom came in handy. CNN would have been nice for us news junkies. Spent several hours enjoying the fishing right on the dock. Lots of good nearby restaurants.

We had a lovely stay at this house. It is well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room and nice patio in back yard. We had great instructions on expectations and local places to visit. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place to stay!

Everything was great. Had a few issues here and there, but communication was wonderful and quick. The home owners and property manager were very gracious and thoughtful.
Our family holiday was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. The house was decorated nicely and had everything I would need, like a home away from home. The inside of the house was very spacious, it accommodated everyone nicely. The outdoor deck and sitting area was a nice space. Just loved sitting out there listening to the water, while the husband was fishing.

The house is exactly as described. It was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a stay. The new owner, Bogdan, was very nice, responsive, and accommodating. I mentioned the coffee maker was broken, and within about 45 minutes he hand delivered a new one to us.
The neighbors are also nice and gave us advice on how, and more importantly, WHEN to come in and out of the canals with our boat. I've only seen one other review that mentioned bringing a boat, so I wanted to mention some things. If you are bringing or renting a boat, you have to pay attention to the tides. This was our 3rd year scalloping in Hudson, and the tide swings here can be upwards of 5 feet. The canals are all deep, but the channel out of the neighborhood is lined with rocks and kind of just ends in the middle of a shallow flat (my old GPS shows it as land). At low tide, unless you have the skinniest of boats, you won't be able to get in or out. We brought a 22 foot center console, and we needed at least a 1.5 foot positive tide to get in and out. I played it safe and came in and out at 2 foot. Don't let this worry you too much though, you still get plenty of time on the water between those tides... we were out for 6 or more hours each day and still had extra time.
All that is to say, it's a nice place and neighborhood and we would stay again.

Lisa is phenomenal and keeps a beautiful home. This is our second year here and we hope to return again next year. It is a short distance to my mom’s home in FL. Plenty of things to see and do. My kids especially enjoy all the local thrift shops.

Family vacation planned for 5 people, unexpected circumstances ended up with only 2. Needless to say we were disappointed until we arrived. We opened the door and we instantly felt "at home". Meticulously decorated with everything that was needed to make a wonderful stay. Very peaceful neighborhood with canal in the "backyard "Lisa, our host, was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend any accommodations provided by this host.

Very relaxing, clean, and well equipped home. It is truly a hidden gem. We watched the dolphins and manatees swim in front. Gracious host and wonderful area.

Nicely furnished property on the canal that leads to the bay. Having access to a couple of Kayaks and fishing poles as well as a stack of books was a nice plus. Totally enjoyed our stay and the hostess was very responsive to any questions that we had.
Enjoyed our stay !!

We were married in Hudson the week we stayed. The house was perfect and weather was good for the event. We loved the setup of the home, the location on the canal- just needed more fish to bite! Host was responsive and we'd love to stay again!

Our boat is 25 feet long, and the floating dock was perfect for tying up, loading, and unloading. Up to a 30 foot boat would have no problem. Low tide is tricky through the channel, otherwise great access to the gulf and fishing! Only 1 channel away from the nearest ramp and marinas.
What’s more - we caught all the nice sized pinfish we wanted for bait right off the dock using rods and reels and a pinfish trap!
Our trailer fit in the grass in front of the house, which is no problem in this boating community. A larger trailer would need to be kept off site.
The house has three roomy bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. 4 adults and my adult sized son had no problem being very comfortable and recharging for the next day of fishing.
Kitchen is very well equipped and easy to cook in. You might want to bring your own frying pan, but the appliances are new and in great shape.
The living room is very comfortable with a very nice TV and entertainment center. The glass doors give you a great view of the dock, your boat, the deep water canal - about 7 feet at low tide - and beautiful sunsets.
The owners are great. Met them personally. The neighbors are nice and helpful. Cozy little neighborhood with a small craft brewery right down the street with very interesting brews.
If you like to boat and fish, and you like to stay in a place that is clean, comfortable, and prefer a relaxed community setting, this is the place for you! My family will be staying here again!!

Lisa maintains her property meticulously. The photos do not do her home Justice. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. The spot on the canal was absolutely lovely. We were visited by a beautiful variety of Florida birds and even had some dolphin swim up to our dock in the canal. The beds are very comfortable and the home is so spacious and was perfect for my family of 5. We visited SunWest Park close by and enjoyed bowling, mini golf and go-karts all close by.

We rented this property for the month of January and couldn't have been more pleased. This home has spacious rooms, quality solid wood cabinetry, large beautifully tiled showers in all 3 baths, and just the right amount of lovely, thoughtful beach and Florida themed furnishings and decor to be cozy and comfortable, but still have space and an open feel. It is located on a very quiet street (perfect for walking the dogs), has easy care tiled floors throughout, and the whole back of the home opens up to a wide, clean canal so you have a lovely water view anytime from inside the home (and we did see a dolphin!). We have rented VRBO homes for many years, and this is the cleanest and most generously supplied property we have ever rented. From bath and bed linens to every kitchen item you would need, this home has a generous supply of everything practical and necessary. We also loved that it has a convenient utility room right off the kitchen with a full size stackable washer/dryer unit and soak sink. Lisa was a wonderful host, and we thank her for providing such an easy and pleasant rental experience!!

The property was very clean and nice with many extra amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider this place again in the future. The neighborhood was quiet with little traffic. Spent most of the time on the deck and dock where we saw lovely birds, great blue herons, white egrets, ibis, anhingas and, of course, sea gulls. We saw a dolphin one day which was special. All in all, a very nice vacation.

We were very impressed to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, considering we are a family of 5. Our 3 boys love to fish so the floating dock out back on the canal was a plus. The home was very spacious and upgraded, we enjoyed it!

We loved the property and it was so clean but not close to any beach, Hudson "beach" was not really a beach that you can go in the water. It does take about 1 1/ 2 hours to get to the closest beach. Couldn't find anyone where close to rent bikes or ride them. However the property was so awesome, so clean. We did love the property. Thank you
