Enjoy the beautiful formal dining room and connected living room when you step thru the doors. The fully updated chic kitchen features a spacious granite topped island for all your cooking needs as well as beautiful updated appliances, roomy pantry area and breakfast bar.
Once you find yourself upstairs you will be impressed by the open and airy master and you will quickly take note of the great view as well.
Enjoy the fun open deck and outdoor sitting area, imagine your cool evenings gathered at the firepit surrounded by friends and family.
Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).
AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
