The Space:
Charming 2-bed, 1-bath home with a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the backyard with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and hot tub. Located just a 5 minute drive from Guerneville and a 5 minute walk from the Russian River.

Guest Access:
Enjoy the entire home, except for the garage used by cleaning and maintenance..

Quiet neighborhood nestled in a canyon of redwood trees.

Getting Around:
Quiet road traverses neighborhood. One driveway parking spot and one on-street parking spot.

Other Things to Note:
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Groups of 4 or more guests, please contact me prior to booking.
Minimum booking age required is 25 years.
In accordance with Sonoma County vacation rental ordinance:

Maximum overnight occupancy (10PM to 7AM) is 6 guests.
Daytime occupancy (7AM to 10PM) limited to 6 guests.
Parking allowed for 2 vehicles with 1 on-site and 1 off-site parking spot.
Quiet hours enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Outdoor amplified sound is not permitted.
Additional guidelines include:

Strict adherence to smoking and pet policies.
Possibility of an e-signature requirement on rental contract.
ID check may be requested.
Self check-in available until 11 PM.
Tampering with WiFi devices is strictly prohibited.
Outdoor security cameras are actively monitoring.
A refundable security deposit of $2000 may be required.
No commercial activities permitted.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee per pet.
