The house was nice, it did have damages to the elevator and stains that looked like blood on the living room sofa. There was also a wasp problem on the second floor balcony. We reported the problems to the phone service who informed us a property would contact us , however we were not contacted by a property manager the entire stay. I called back to have an update on the repaira and the phone host informed me that the property manager decided to handle the stain and elevator issues after our stay was over and never bothered to check in with us. There were two broken sliding patio door, which caused a safety concern, due to the fact the doors would not lock. I stayed up the wntire night the 1st night. On the next mornings Dan the maintenance man came but, he was a delight, he noticed the broken doors and placed peices of wood to prevent the doors from sliding open. Then the freezer didn't work, we lost food. They sent Tim over to fix the issue, he said it was a wifi issue and assured us that would fix the freezer. It did not, we had to cook the frozen foods early and we still lost on other foods that need to be frozen. Also the Wifi, was super spotty and cut off on the 3rd day of our trip. We had to use our mobile hot spots. No one even replied or came to vheck on the large amount of wasp that live inside the wood of the 2nd floor balcony. The blood stain , damaged elevator nor the wasp were never remedied. I will not rebook with southern.
