The Space:
Perfect location! On the river with lots of frontage and a huge yard for games. Walk a couple blocks to downtown Grayling for dining and shopping and a bait shop! The trout are calling! Brand new dock. Sit and watch the river flow by or launch the two provided canoes. Covered patio to grill and chill. 3 private bedrooms including a master suite with jacuzzi and a bunk room with a ping pong table. A wood burning stove, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and multiple large spaces to gather.  There is zero boat traffic or fishermen here! There is a fire pit by the river. Wood is provided. Two canoes are provided. Even fishing poles! Yard games including volleyball, ladder ball, spikeball, canjam and cornhole. Basketball hoop in the driveway. Its a great spot to be all times of the year!

You will be on a quiet part of the river with a short walk to shops and dining in the amazing town of Grayling
