About this villa rental
This spacious, detached and restyled villa is located at the wooded holiday park De Katjeskelder, not far from De Biesbosch National Park and yet only 10 km from the pleasant city of Breda. The villa consists of three floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room and well-equipped open plan kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which with a bubble bath and one with a sauna. On the second floor, you'll find another two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each floor also has a separate toilet. All bedrooms have two single box-spring beds, some of which might be in a double set-up. Unless otherwise mentioned, the bathrooms feature a shower. Outside, you'll find a garden and a furnished terrace. There are two cots, two high chairs, stair gates and protect wall sockets. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture. Outside, there is an unfenced garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is a parking in the vicinity of the villa. At De Katjeskelder holiday park you can rent various accommodations for groups from four to twenty two people. Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Holiday Park Katjeskelder is closed from Monday 6 to Sunday 19 January 2025.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat. For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
