About this campground/ rv resort rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Suitable for one or two adults plus one or two small children. Not suitable for more than 2 adults.
My remodeled camper/tiny home with a shabby chic farmhouse vibe is situated in my cozy yard in the small seacoast town of Kennebunk Maine. We are within walking distance to downtown but you will feel like you are camping in a rural setting!
Enjoy “glamping” with cold AC, kitchenette, shaded patio, outdoor dining with grill, fire pit and hot tub!!
This unique tiny home/camper is much like your own complete guesthouse or cottage.
The bedroom has a full/double bed with comfortable mattress, two night stands and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has an on-demand hot water system with shower (no tub).
The kitchen is equipped with an apartment size refrigerator, microwave, toaster and a single burner for your simple cooking needs. There is a Keurig coffee station with all the necessities to start your morning off right and perfect cafe seating for two.
The living area sofa is an easy click-clack foldout bed for one or two small children. It is not intended for an adult. There is also a wicked comfy rocker.
This tiny home is suitable for guests who are comfortable in an open studio type living situation. There is a curtain rather than a door for the bathroom.
Enjoy your private outdoor shaded patio area and/or wander over to the fire pit, patio with table & grill plus the hot tub!
PLEASE NOTE: This accommodation is best suited for a single person, a couple or a family with one or two young children. It is not suitable for more than two adults.
It is a remodeled travel trailer, not an actual guesthouse. For guests not accustomed to an RV or tiny home, it is a 30 foot long by 12 foot wide living space and is a super cozy place to stay while exploring our beautiful area.
The main difference in an RV is water pressure and conserving water so as to not fill the waste storage tanks.
