The chef of your family will enjoy utilizing the Monogram GE appliances, six-burner drop-in range, and double ovens. When mealtime rolls around, gather and eat around the large breakfast bar, or for fancier meals, at the formal dining table.

When you aren't streaming your favorite TV shows and movies in the serene living room, head outside and dip into the turquoise water of the private pool. With palm views and the warm Cali sunshine surrounding you, the memories you make here will be unforgettable. A private gas grill is also available for your use in this space.

Back inside, rinse off in one of the walk-in showers, or completely relax in the primary bedroom's en suite soaking tub. The four bedrooms are equally spacious, bright, and well-decorated with soft color palettes, and homey fixtures. A walk-in closet and en suite office/workout room are available off the primary bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
