We booked very last minute from the airport and after hopping in a taxi the staff was ready to welcome us. Our room wasn't ready but they did everything to make us feel comfortable over our long weekend. This was a great find that was walkable to everything we wanted to do!
Nothing!

Staff were very polite and friendly, the location was convenient for exploring old streets of Valletta , close to Barrakka Gardens and St.Elmos Fort, ease access to the whole town .You can have your breakfast in the garden with full of peace and calm atmosphere, the interior of each rooms have been designed with different concepts.
Special thanks to Boyan, he helped me the early check in , his behaviour was very welcoming and considerate
Bathroom needs upgrading, the sink was too small barely not possible to wash your face without splashing , the toilet could be placed wrongly , its hard to fit in somehow:)) overall those are minor things.

We have loved our stay at The Vincent. Breakfast was great and the lady that worked at breakfast was so nice and welcoming. We were 5 people, so we have stayed in two totally different rooms, one of them was amazing, spacious, modern with great commodities. It was in the more modern side of the hotel, near the elevator, so it was amazing.
Our other room was on the oldest part of the building and we were not very happy with some of the things the room needed to be improved. The bathroom door does not close, it has a blockage so it is impossible for you to close it, and also the separation is made of glass, so not fitted at all for 3 persons that had to share a room with no privacy in the bathroom. The shower does not have a door at all so all the water comes out and you have to put towels on the floor not to flood the bathroom. Also there was no elevator on that side of the building and we had to carry the luggage 3 storages up in a round well staircase very small.

The Vincent is in an excellent location just outside the main street of Valletta with good access to the sites in the city and the Fast Ferry to Gozo.
Our room (The Loft) was beautiful, very spacious and had conveniences such as a kitchen, balcony and private entrance which made it easy to eat in if necessary and come and go as we pleased.
The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel and always on had when we needed help or advice.
The Vincent is highly recommended and I would gladly return should we visit Valletta again.
Thank you all for a fantastic stay.
Nothing to note.

Good location
It was hard to find all the light switches to turn on and off the lights
2.0
the location
the small size of everything. except the pillows. I asked
about a small sized pillows because the available were so big and the first night
we didn’t sleep normally, and nothing happened, some guy at the chat refused because
it was out of working hours(nobody said what the working hours are actually)

The location in Valletta was perfect. The ancient hotel building had been loving restored and brilliantly converted into the very quaint and cool Boutique Hotel that it is. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite and went out of their way to make our stay as lovely as it was. Thank you to all the staff, we will definitely be back to stay at The Vincent next time we come for a beautiful holiday in Malta. Grazzi!
Its extremely minor, the shower tray sealant in the room we stayed in just needs removal and replacing with new.

One bed was a campbed and It wasn't so clean

Rooms are nice and modern. The location is great, plenty of places to walk to.
I would have appreciated at least a single human at check-in. Another older person was checking in and I have to help him find his room and take his luggage because some rooms don't have easy access to the lift.
2.5
balcony
nice to have the extra space with some view
breakfast was basic
elevator worked well
Quiet
pillows unsuitable- no feather pillows available
cleaner left dirty cloth on bathroom floor, trod on computer
very inconvenient to have only limited presence at the front desk. I have never met this restricted service elsewhere in hotels
