#2 If the property is in a very poor state of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it.
Eg Leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the cans, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of poor conditions.

#3 No visitors not listed on your reservation
If it is not mentioned that you will be in the reservation, the fee will be charged that is marked in the application at that time as an additional guest.

#13 Your pets' waste must be collected. In the event of any issues related to this matter, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
