Loved it

Outstanding place. Staff was always very helpful, in particular the Concierge and Valet parking staff. Shout out to Mr. Rui who's assistance was exceptional and beyond what I expected.

There are several pools available, some are shared with Hyde hotel. Some sun beds are paid as an extra depending wether you are a guest from Mondrian or not - that has to be clarified and fine tuned.

very nice and chill place to stay. but overall room for improvement

I loved so many things about this hotel: -wonderful attentive staff , especially Carlos was so sweet . They all loved to entertain our son which was so cute -parking and valet made it so easy -location is amazing, on a cliff in a quiet bay -close to the nice Santa Eulalia which makes it so easy -kids club really nice added value ! super sweet nanny , my son loved it -amazing decoration and interior . you can’t stop taking pictures ! -food was also really good, sometimes a bit overpriced but that’s Ibiza right ? -very nice room decoration, small details could be better (see below) . very spacious for a family -seperate pool section for Mondrian guests -ferry boat stops right down at the hotel which makes it really nice to go to other places -small village with some nice restaurants

-quality of room service is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Details could be better , serve bread with eggs for instance and not cheap toast bread but decent bread -breakfast buffet was overpriced for a small kid. 25€ for a 3 year is very very high if you consider he eats a pancake and drinks some water -Hyde Beach is mixed with Mondrian hotel and it’s a different vibe. you can’t escape it. different type of travelers and music. so make sure to go to the Mondrian part -details in the room are not 5 star quality. night stand wood was broken upon arrival. nobody fixed it -you can see the pencil marks on the wall in the bath room of the installation , also a bit of a cheap feeling -chrome cast kept blocking in our room . also the airconditioning was a nightmare. or way too cold (17 degrees) or not blowing at all. everyday we had to ask for it to be fixed . - it would be nice to be able to eat more accessible food like the room service menu in one of the restaurants at night. not everyone like the special food or with a child it s difficult. it would be nice to enjoy those dishes in a reassuring space instead of the room -the coffee bar Le Perq is newly opened and you can tell. it would be more attractive if there was a wider and healthier range of food . now it s mostly sweets and dry sandwiches. the coffee should be more professional (barista) and different oat milk. it makes you want to go to the nearby coffee or breakfast places instead of staying in… but I am sure if they improve /train it more people would eat there . ps 10€ for a tiny take away bottle of juice is too high. also 6€ for a take away bottle of water … overall we really liked it and would come back. but when the prices will raise to a normal value (now it s 50% off) we wouldn’t want to pay this amount for the 4 star quality the hotel now offers. so we hope it improves these details to be able to come back so it will be worth the price ! thank you to all the staff , you were all very lovely !

Súper stylish but small teething issues! Recommend

The interior is extremely stylish like the other Mondrians we have stayed at. We had a one bedroom suite - phenomenal space, two bathrooms, great view of the sea and quiet. Staff were super welcoming and special shout out to Martin, made sure we had a amazing table for a beach club reservation. Gym is great and very modern, you are pretty much on top of a awesome beach! And the bar has pretty much every spirit you need! Plus during check out the team were awesome, allowed us to quickly change in a room prior to heading to the airport.

We didn’t not like much, just little things such as the one of the lifts was broken, meaning a whole hotel was relying on that to get up and down. Check in was slow due to technical issues out of the staffs control, so we were shown to our room and completed the formalities later in the day. Aircon in the room wasn’t great so overnight was v hot in the bedroom but main room was cool?! Also something odd was is the finishing, seemingly some snagging issues but that is minor. The exterior doesn’t match with the interior as it seems very dated in comparison. I.e the pool area felt little tired with brand new furniture. Again, entirely minor things but they stopped it being 10/10.

Cet établissement propose des chambres et des espaces spacieux Lumineux, décoration soignée. Literie très confortable Service voiturier et étage impeccables Idéalement placé au dessus de cette crique à l’eau turquoise

Le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans l’hôtel d’à coté et n’est pas un vrai buffet Le balcon vue mer de la chambre dispose d’une vitre opaque qui empêche de profiter de la vue La musique de l’hôtel à côté est incessante et on l’entend dans sa chambre du 6ieme étage baie vitrée fermée. La chambre dispose d’une baignoire dans le dressing….drôle d’emplacement pour prendre un bain!

Massive disapointment

New furniture. Great hygiene.

EVERYTHING. I requested a quiet room and i mentioned upfront that i am in need of relaxation. The hotel was occupied with reparations,and every day there was a lots of noise. Also they wanted to charge me an extra 200€ / day deposit at the checkin, but it wasnt mentioned online, or during the session of the reservation. Or by email. And i did send an extra note previously just to be sure of my reservation. I had to wait, and i had to speak to the manager to explain that it isint something they should do! Finally they accepted it, but i was not allowed to charge anything to the room. I had to pay for my orders immediatelly. At the restaurant one day they forgot about my food order. Also, they didint bring the sauce. Another day they served the wrong drink twice, and they charged me for the wrong items. Also there where miscommunications while ordering taxi. This is certainly not worth this price, or a five star branding! At the swimming pool there was loud, monoton, and tasteless music.Nobody enjoyed that! The public where families with children and couples who craved relaxation. Several people asked the staff to switch off the music, but they said it belongs to the concept of the hotel. In reality, this location of the island supposed to be a place of peace and quiet. Compared to other Mondrian hotels, the quality was no resemblance. The staff was desperate enough to ask me for a good review. But in my oppinion they where more occupied with cashing the customer in, then giving a quality service. I fully understand and respect that people need this job, however i feld more and more annoyed. I have decided to change my flight. So i left one night earlier because they didint seemed to understand my wish. And i just got tired of constantly over explaining.

. The location is amazing, the beach too. The staff was very friendly.

We didn’t try the breakfast. It was extremely expensive and in the other hotel HYDE. 42 euro per person.

Great staff, nice rooms with really comfy beds. Front of house were really professional, so was everyone else.

Housekeeping was still having some teething issues. Some products were missing in the bathroom. The pool area needs a bit of an uplift, specially the tiles surrounding it.
