About this apartment rental

Two-room apartment of about 37 square meters for rent, located in the northern area of Marina di Grosseto (Rosmarina) 40 meters from the sea (cross the road and you are directly on the beach). The apartment, recently completely renovated, is located on the mezzanine floor of a lovely building and is surrounded by a pine forest. It has an entrance hall, living room with a single sofa bed 1/2 (equipped with washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, fridge, LCD TV, table and iron, hairdryer), bedroom with double bed and bed bunk with two places, bathroom with shower cabin. Although there is no need, because the place is cool and ventilated, the apartment has air conditioning. The living room has a nice terrace, surrounded by the pine forest, where you can have lunch. 2 bikes are provided (the center is about 1500 meters away). The house is located in a quiet area, very convenient for families with small children. In front there is the Three Star bathroom, equipped with all comforts, a convenient restaurant and pizzeria service, games on the beach for children. Next to the bathroom there are two wide strips of free beach, with the characteristic and suggestive sand dunes.

Wir waren bereits im vergangenen Jahr in dieser wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe am ruhigen Ortsrand ist einfach ideal. Sowohl für reine Strandurlaube als auch für Fahrradtouren und Ausflüge bestens geeignet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage am Ortsrand unmittelbar am feinen Sandstrand. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, bis hin zur Waschmaschine. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen ausgesprochen erholsamen Urlaub verliebt.

Appartamento come da foto e descrizione, recentemente ristrutturato, molto comodo per la vicinanza al mare. Essendo in pineta e vicino al mare l'appartamento è sempre molto fresco e ventilato. Fabrizio molto gentile, solerte e tempestivo in caso di necessità.

Desideravamo una vacanza tranquilla, lontani dalla confusione, e questa location ci ha permesso di viverla immersi nella natura, tra mare e pineta. L' appartamento si è confermato pulito, ristrutturato da poco, molto gradevole e funzionale, oltre che adiacente alla spiaggia. I proprietari, il sig. Fabrizio e la moglie, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Un'ottima location per le vacanze, pulita ben arredata, con favoloso rapporto qualità prezzo, ma ciò che la rende veramente interessante è la sua vicinanza alla spiaggia, è sufficiente attraversare la strada per raggiungerla ed il fatto che è pressoché immersa nella pineta, per questo la consiglio vivamente anche in primavera e autunno per passeggiate salutari.

L'appartamento corrisponde all'inserzione ed e' risultato essere ben diviso negli spazi destinati alle zone living e notte. L' ambiente e' curato e gradevole, inoltre la posizione fronte mare lo rendono comodo soprattutto a famiglie con bambini. I proprietari si sono dimostrati gentili e affabili; sicuramente consigliamo questo appartamento per una vacanza.

Che vacanza! Sono stati solo 5 giorni, ma che spettacolo! La casa era perfettamente in ordine e corrispondente a quanto descritto nell'annuncio. La posizione è insuperabile, infatti la palazzina si trova tra la pineta (su cui affacciano le finestre della casa) e la duna: distanza totale dal mare 30 metri. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort e il riscaldamento a pompa di calore funziona a meraviglia. A Natale non c'è confusione (per trovarne bisogna arrivare a Castiglione della Pescaia o a Grosseto), non c'è traffico e la spiaggia è selvaggia: esattamente quello che stavamo cercando per una vacanza rigenerante in totale relax. Anche la nostra cagnolina si è goduta ampi momenti di libertà, scorrazzando libera in pineta e in spiaggia senza dar fastidio a nessuno... in effetti non si incontra tanta gente in questo periodo... per fortuna! Un ringraziamento particolare al gentilissimo proprietario Fabrizio che ci ha accolto alla Vigilia di Natale. Speriamo proprio di tornare e magari riuscire a rimanere qualche giorno in più!!!
