Ogromny pokój, świetny wypoczynek.

Wielkość pokoju przerosła najśmielsze oczekiwania. Gigantyczny salon, sypialnia, wielka łazienka, dużo szaf na przedpokoju, stół na sześć osób. W hotelu pokój zabaw dla dzieci. Lokalizacja obok parku, wszędzie blisko, ale nadal spokojnie i bez hałasów. Na piętrze -1 market spożywczy, wystarczy zjechać windą po świeże pieczywo na śniadanie. Fantastyczny wypoczynek!

Aby dostać klucze od pokoju, trzeba skontaktować się z Panią z recepcji. Potem pobyt przebiega bezobsługowo. W pokoju jest ekspres na kapsułki, ale nie ma choćby kilku kapsułek. Nie opłaca się kupować całego opakowania przy weekendowym pobycie, skoro nie będzie potem jak tego zużyć. Ale jest automat z kawą na korytarzu. Minusy uważam za mało istotne.

Je to hodnocení za jeden den pobytu. Takže tuto "recenzi" berte s velkou rezervou.

Výhled do parku se zámkem. Ubytování v centru. Bezplatné parkování v podzemní garáži. Možnost si nakoupit snídani nebo večeři v Bille která se nachází ve stejné budově. Nekuřácké prostory. Připojeni na wi-fi zdarma. Pobyt zde určitě neurazí.

Na můj vkus hodně měkka matrace a nízká postel. Ubytování bez snídaně. I když jde o ubytování s parkováním, pro někoho může být limitující otevření v 7h. a zavření ve 22h.

An excellent place for a good value

The rooms were spacious and in good condition. We were in the family apartment. The bedroom was with air-con. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped. It was easy to shop (supermarket under the apartment). Clean corridors and a room for kids with many clean toys. The housekeeping team does a great job. The restaurant downstairs team is kind and professional. The menu is in English, and the prices are OK. The staff was friendly, smiled, and happy to help.

Air con only in the bedroom. The living room was super hot, and we couldn't open the windows because it was too dangerous for three yo kids. The fridge was heating everything around, adding additional heat to the living room :-) There was a smell coming out of the bathroom. There were some minor maintenance jobs ongoing, so the Driller song woke me up at 9 am :-) Nothing serious!

Superb

The Hotel is very central, has easy access to a supermarket and lots of other shops as it's within a shopping mall. The town is very nice and well located within the region to access multiple good skiing locations (at least for kids as that what we came for). The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. The reception was always very helpful and nice.

We missed a vacuum cleaner or something else to be able to clean the carpets ourselves. A second cooking plate would also have been nice but I'm being picky now.

Exceptional

We've been coming there for many years. We love it each time. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and super clean. They offer great views of the park. Supermarket and restaurants downstairs are super comfortable. IT Centrum staff is always super kind and welcoming. The spot is in the very city center, has a vibe of small and historic mountain city and is also perfect to explore Spindl and other ski resorts nearby.

The only downside is that the parking spots in the garage are on the narrower side, particularly those numbered 1-4 seem to be super narrow.

Location is superb, everything well accessible. You are in the total centre.

Check-in finishes at 5pm. Thats the time when people are stil working in their home locations.

A great base for walking in the Krkonose Mountains.

The location, near a local park. very near the bus stops to get out and about. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen area was complete with all the crockery and cutlery needed. The staff when we saw them were very friendly. There was a boot drying room which was very useful as we had more wet days walking in the mountains than dry ones. There is a lift which goes down to the basement where a Billa supermarket is located. Ideal for fresh bread and baked goods for breakfast, as well as anything else that you may need.

Cannot think of anything not to like about this property, having stayed there 6 times.

Perfect stay in a great apartment

Location is amazing right in the center of Vrchlabi. Free underground car park to keep the car warm and dry :D Staff were brilliant, Barbora was extremely helpful and pleasant. The IT reception is 50 steps from the apartment building. Apartments are in the same building as a small shopping center so you have large grocery, shops, cafe, bakery, pizza, and a beautiful restaurant just by taking an elevator.

We were very comfortable in the apartment. The only thing that would put some people off is there is no cooking facilities. Provided is a toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge. For us it was enough, having so much available downstairs and in the town we had no real need to cook, but this might put some people off, which would be a shame.

Excellent location with a terrific view to the castle and park. Clean and comfy. Well equipped.

Top floor apartment in the center.

The apartment is nice and decent. It sits on top of a shopping mall right on the town square next to the chateau gardens. The bathroom, tiny kitchenette, air conditioning, bed are all good. There’s a castle park just behind the apartment/ Shopping mall complex. Restaurants and Cafés App nearby. Some downtown noise with the windows open. Kind staff who walk you through the maze of entering and parking. Arrive before 17:00 to have everything explained!

Some noise on the south side of the building (business, not momentary construction).

Great stay (again)

Great stay, like always. Been in Centrum IT Apartments for 4 times now. Clean and very spacious apartments. Smart TV en good Wifi, so thats great! Location is good, very silent, good restaurants close, and direct acces to the supermarket without going outside. (And free parking in the garage)

Parking spots are reserved for each room. Tough visitors from the supermarket sometimes park their cars in your spot, wich is kinda annoying. Cleaning doesnt happen too often, but when it happens, it happens good!
