Located close to downtown with a nearby grocery store, this new property is clean and spacious.

No individual was present at the property. We received two different codes for garage parking, and about four cars were stuck outside because the garage code sent earlier wasn't working. If someone had been available on-site, it would have been easier. We tried calling, but only received a voicemail. Eventually, we realized that two different codes had been sent for the same lock / garage parking; as we received around six or seven emails. Despite this, the overall experience was great. For a newcomer or first-time user, it may be slightly tricky at first, but once you figure it out, it's a great place to live. No other issues.

Everyone was operational with digital codes

We did not receive an email on the day indicating the codes for our apartment. We had to make a couple of calls to get the information and was sorted out after 10 minutes.

Huge apartment, as seen in the pictures. Huge space in the living room and bedrooms

No mirrors in any room except a small one on the washroom wall. The air conditioning was not working, the property had let us know a day prior to check-in. Offered fans and $50 refund. However, this dampened our experience as it was a hot night.

Ideal especially with a small group

Excellent location, super clean, good attention to details, decor modern and aesthetic, lots of space and storage.

Finding the place by foot and taking the stairs is not very intuitive. Also, it was probably a bug in the system but I received an outrageous number of emails about the booking...

The self check-in was nice. The café on the main floor was a nice bonus. The best latte I ever had.

When arriving by the garage, we didn't know how to get to the loft. Thank goodness someone just happened to pass by, since we followed that person.

Je trouvait qu’il manquait de petit truc essentiel Exemple: sac de poubelle , linge à vaisselle, linge à nettoyer les surface , kleenex , des essuies-tout. Nettoyant à lave vaisselle il y en avait seulement 1.

Cuisine fonctionnelle, lumineux, facile d'accès, propreté

Les grands lit annoncés (et payes) était des lits doubles standards, très bruyant sur la rue, canapé/lit/tabouret inconfortables, pas d'éponge dans la cuisine, 3 serviette de bain minuscules pour 4, papier toilette extra fin, pas de rideaux occultants, pas de pression d'eau dans la douche...

L’appartement était vraiment fonctionnel pour 4 personnes 4 places au salon, 4 places à table , etc.. de plus les canapés était plein de miettes entre les coussins. Finalement il n’y avait ni café , ni huile ni sucre ni épices… la base qu’on s’attend à avoir dans un appart hôtel ..

Super séjour à la découverte de la magnifique ville de Québec et de ses environs

Appartement très récent et bien équipé, à 10min en voiture du vieux Québec et à proximité d'un Metro pour faire ses courses et de très nombreux restaurants. La literie était comfortable. Points très positifs : l'emplacement de parking dans un garage avec hauteur suffisante pour mon coffre de toit et la réactivité du gestionnaire lorsque l'une de nos chambres à coucher s'est verrouillée de l'intérieur.

La pièce principale était un mix entre une grande cuisine et un petit salon. Il nous a fallu déplacer un bureau de l'une des chambres pour faire diner toute la famille, ainsi que le canapé pour pouvoir regarder la télévision. L'absence de sèche cheveux était aussi dommageable, ainsi que quelques éléments de cuisine pour une famille (exemples : grand saladier et grande casserole).

Súper acogedor, limpio y muy cómodo. El camión pasa cruzando la calle y deja justo en donde inicia Old Quebec.

Tout était neuf, propre et de bonne qualité !

On ne voit aucun employé dans cet immense hôtel, du coup si le code ne fonctionne pas ( on s’y prenait mal) personne ne nous aide… idem pour l’ascenseur…

A spacious modern apartment

A spacious apartment, modern and comfortable. Nice views, too. The instructions were very detailed, and made it easy to navigate the arrival process. We had enough space for the five of us, and enjoyed our stay. We did have a car, but I understand that the place is close to public transport, so making your way to the old city center should be easy even if you do not have a car. There is a sizeable shopping center across the street (we did not visit it); the café downstairs has options for breakfast if you do not want to cook (the kitchen is well-equipped, by the way).

The price seemed on the high side, but then I understand that high season in Quebec City is not cheap.

Pas de séjour lumineux ! En fait on dirait que le séjour a été converti en une chambre supplémentaire . 4 tabourets pour 6 personnes ! Et la table ne permet pas de manger à 6 personnes car trop petite.

they could have provided at least more than 1 dishwasher soap since we stayed more than 1 day. or at least told us to bring some. we had to buy there is no housekeeping staff

Tout était au-delà de nos attentes. Bâtisse récente, garage souterrain avec assenseur. Appartement très lumineux avec 3 portes patios , deux grandes chambres, cuisine et salon. Tv récente. Cuisine bien équipée.
