Expertly envisioned by Maresca and designed by Courtney Bishop, The Charleston House graced the cover and pages of Southern Living in 2021.
Upon entering, you’re met with the delightfully cheeky “dive in” cocktail bar, which sets the tone for the rest of the space brimming with playful touches, ample character and vibrant layers of color and texture.
On the main floor, you’ll find the open concept living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen to include breakfast banquette and Meile coffee machine. This floor also has two bedrooms - each with ensuite baths and king beds.
Up the stairs, you’ll step into a lounge landing with sunroom overlooking the ocean. On this floor, you’ll find another bedroom with a queen bed along with the dreamy 4-twin bunk room - both featuring ensuite bathrooms.
The second floor also houses the luxurious master suite with a private sitting area, incredible ensuite bath with soaking tub and private beach-view balcony. Swoon worthy.
Keep heading up the stairs to the third floor and you’ll find two more bedrooms with queen beds and private baths.
