Fantastic property to stay at with a group of people. Tonnes of space with 2 living areas and TV's, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved the fireplace and open kitchen area. If you're not used to induction cooktops it takes a little extra time to work it out. Plenty of instructions to help with using everything. Lovely and clean. Spa was amazing. Would definitely love to return. Only suggestion would be to install light sensors for the outside stairs at night.

We had a great time at Atlas Beach House. Fantastic open living, dining kitchen area with amazing views. Well stocked pantry. Plenty of room for our extended family gathering. Comfy beds (firm), downstairs shower was very tiny but there are 3 bathrooms so not a big issue. Lovely relaxed beach feel and only a few minutes walk to the beach and not far to Hardy’s Bay. We all loved the spa. There are lots of stairs but that’s to be expected for the location. Thanks Anna, we’d happily return here :)

Beautiful property in a great location. Fantastic views and ocean breeze and short walk to beach. As a group of 7 old friends we had a lovely time. House was also well stocked.

We loved our stay here! It is a gorgeous property in a beautiful location overlooking the water. Views are STUNNING! Plenty of beds/bedrooms/lounge areas for large groups/families. The things we were particularly impressed with:
- Kitchen was so well equipped (even lemon graters!) and well stocked (tea bags, spices, etc.)
- The instructions for everything were clear and easy to follow. We referred to them often.
- Overhead projector and screen for watching movies, and easy access to streaming services (thanks to instructions)
- The Echo-like speaker (not sure of make/model, but it was wonderful)
- Proximity to the beach
- Spa was perfect size and care was easy
- The front window fully opens to incredible views and captures ocean breezes
Some of the beds were a little bit hard, which suited some guests, but others would have liked pillow toppers. :-)
Normally we rotate from beach stay one year to countryside the next. But we all loved this property so much, we want to book it again for next year!

What a house. Perfect for a family beach vacation. Have been coming to Kilcare since the 70’s. One of the best houses I have stayed in.
Great balcony
Great kitchen though stove is a little complicated but there is a espresso machine
Lots of beds and bedrooms
Would definitely rent it again.

We had a girls weekend away here and it was BEYOND AMAZING! So much space and amazing views, starting our day with a swim at the beach and walking to the cafes to get coffees, afternoon drinks on the deck and some spa time. Fantastic, would definitely recommend

Overall the property was pretty ok in terms of facilities and location however, there were a few issues we faced:
1. It seemed like the property hadn't been cleaned in a long time as there were cobwebs everywhere.
2. The property was booked for 12 people for 4 days and there weren't sufficient toilet papers to last for that long and we had to walk to the real estate office to collect toilet papers.
3. The spa was included in the list of online amenities however, the property management was not aware of it
4. No linen provided - for $1k/night, we expected at linen to be included

This was our third annual holiday at Atlas and we decided to book 2 weeks this time.
so lovely just to sit in the window seat, read and watch the surf. So relaxing!

Incredible location and beautiful house, all well appointed and the different levels provide plenty of nooks and crannies for the kids to occupy themselves. All the toys there for little kids were a godsend! We were all disappointed to leave at the end, next time we'll try and stay longer!

I have been to this house twice now with my family. It's beautifully furnished and nicely fits groups across three levels. Each level feels self-contained, so if you want some "me time" away from the others, that's possible. The views onto the ocean are beautiful. The "main level" is so airy and comfortable, that it's very easy to pass most of your day there. But if you do feel like getting out, the beach and local cafes are within easy walking distance.

Fantastic place - bright and breezy and everything you could want in terms of amenity - spa, outside shower, well equipped kitchen and great entertainment unit and large screen. Stayed here twice now and always enjoy the views and handy 5 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended.
