This home was well maintained and very clean. My teenage daughters were impressed with the Monday hair care products. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

After spending the weekend on the Strip in a cramped hotel room, this property was a welcomed relief. It was fantastic!! Comfortable, well stocked, very clean, seemingly very new construction. We made day trips to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Mt Charleston & Zion National. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved your property! The location is excellence and near gas station, restaurants, shopping and not far from the Vegas strip. Check in was seamless! The house was so spacious and clean. The master bathroom was lovely. We had more than enough space for our Wagoneer and more than enough space inside for our family. Hosts were AMAZINGLY responsive to our messages. Very friendly and kind. The area is a new home neighborhood. Neighbors were quiet. There was some construction on Monday morning, but we were checking out. I was just saying how when we return to Vegas, we intend to book this home again.

This was one of the most comfortable places I’ve stayed at. Plenty of room. The house was nice, clean and near plenty of restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Vegas.

This house was amazing. My children and I enjoyed our stay the amenities and the beds were super comfy. It’s in a perfect area, local shops, restaurants.

This is a great place to stay! The house is really comfortable, in every way. The beds are super comfy, the AC is fantastic, the furniture is comfy. And it was all so clean and well-maintained! The host made everything so easy and nice. Great communication. We hope to rent it again in the future!

The home was very clean and well stocked. Items in home were good quality and not used to the point of breaking or rusting. (I really appreciated that) Good size home, all bedrooms are on upstairs floor plus tv room upstairs, great for the kids to hang out while parents enjoy some quiet time on the main floor. Small back yard, no privacy in that manner. Lots of homes all around looking into each others back yard. The home is in a great location, right around the corner from Walmart and many other stores and eateries. Costco is only about 15 minutes away (note, go to northern Costco (further away from strip) if you want alcohol because the one south of the home doesn’t carry alcohol.) Both Costco’s are about equal distance from the home. Non smoking home 👍 No pets 👍 Blackout drapes in master was a plus for napping the baby. 🙌 Property manager was very kind, helpful and quick to respond. I definitely recommend this home and would happily stay here again!

House is solid and has all the basic amenities. Brand new neighborhood. If you have kids I really wouldn’t let them walk around outside though. But we had a great time and would use again.

We have stayed at many VRBO's, however, this is tops in our books! #1! Everything was excellent! It's the best kept secret in Vegas. The place is very clean and large. The bed and pillows were dreamy. The kitchen is fully stocked. The washer/dryer is huge! There's a Walmart less than a 5 minutes drive. The owners responded very quickly andwere so nice. We would be blessed to stay there again.

Everything is great about this house. Location is amazing and easily accessible to stores. Our only hiccup is that our car was broken into. Nothing was stolen but all of our contents from our console was removed and thrown around.

We stayed in this house for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The place was spotless, had all the amenities you could hope for, the host was super helpful and the house was spacious, in a tidy and quiet area, yet only 15 minutes away from the strip. Can recommend and would happily stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, We have stayed in Vegas every year for Junior World Finals x4 years and this was our most enjoyable place to stay!! Clean and our host was very friendly and always available for questions. Thank you!!

Friends for over 40 years getting together, this was a great place to spread out and have times to chit-chat or break meals together. Really clean property with plenty of sleeping spaces and places just to hang out. Had a few questions but the owner was very responsive. It was a bit away for the Strip, but you also do not get "Strip" pricing for basics. Only suggestion: Maybe get a BBQ grill.

Very nice newer home. Less than half hour from anything you would want to see in Vegas, 15 min to the strip. Perfect getaway if your looking to have a relaxed stay. My family and I would stay again!

The house is super clean and even smells new. The host is super helpful, and very responsive at almost all hours of the day. It is located in a brand new neighborhood, right next to a walmart and tons of eating locations. All around, the perfect house for our trip! Thanks!

The house was vey clean. It had all the comforts of a home away from home. Nice location close to stores and restaurants. Not to from from strip and Nelis AFB. Was there to spend time with son stationed at Nellis AFB. Thomas responding quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here.

We were very appreciative of all the little additions that made our trip feel more like home. The host had coffee and tea along with basic spices and cooking utensils. The property is spacious and comfortable. It was everything as advertised and more. I will consider staying there again on our next trip.

My trip to Vegas would have been a total bust if not for this home! I arrived to discover my luggage had not been loaded on the plane. This left me planted at the home as I would need to sign for my bag once it was out for delivery. I’m so grateful that the home superseded my expectations! Every aspect of the home was well-thought and welcoming. We enjoyed preparing a steak dinner in a beautiful and spacious kitchen and relaxed on the couch to enjoy a movie from a large variety of tv options. The patio allowed for us to sit all day if we so chose as it provided ample shade. The master suite was amazing to say the least! From the most comfortable bed I’ve ever known to the grand bathroom suite, there was no shortage of relaxation. If you are reading this, end your search here! THIS IS THE HOME FOR YOU!
