About this apartment rental
Wonderful, modern serviced apartments in the heart of Old Town. Six spacious apartments, with unique interiors take our guests to few different districts around the world. Each space is decorated with customized wallpaper. Delicious breakfasts made by chief Tomasz Lesniak, private drivers and full trips option guarantee unforgettable time in Cracow and satisfies the most demanding clients! Apartment "La Veranera" takes you to mythic district called "La Veranera". Floral atmosphere shows you one of the most beautiful and colorful flowers in the world - Bougainvillea.
It's located on the 3rd floor (elevator) and can fit up to 8 people. The apartment has a large terrace with a view of the courtyard on one side and the other on the historic St. Cross street next to the Market Square.
Apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (all with king size beds 180x200/one bed can be separated for 2 90x200 ), living room with double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and second with toilet only) and kitchen with all necessary equipment. Apartment is very spacious, ideal for family or group of friends. Apartment has big terrace with courtyard's view.
Decorated in real art pieces from local artists it has artistic character for a quality time in the Old Town.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and building. Everything is included in price and at guest's disposal, including professional hotel bedlinen, shower gel, shampoo and other essentials.
Guests can ask for concierge services any time during their stay.
Coffee, tea and basic cooking amenities are provided. There is no actual breakfast offered in the apartment. However guests get exclusive discounts to local restaurants where they can enjoy one.
"Loft Affair" is composed of young locals hosting apartments in the centre of Cracow. We stay in touch with our guests on daily basis throughout theirs stay, as well as before the arrival. We help them organise their stay so that they avoid bad surprises and spend a splendid time in Cracow. Our guests can request to be picked up from the airport if requested and if nothing stands in the way ( delays, communication problem). We have a self check in option where by we provide you with all the instructions to enter the flat and guide you over by phone if needed. We are ready to meet you up anytime if our guests need assistance. We will be happy to provide you with local tips and recommendations. We help organise other services free of charge, such as booking transportation ( airport, Auschwitz, Wieliczka Salt Mine) as well as guided tours.
The property is located at the Main Market Square, with easy access to the Slowacki Theater, a market, restaurants, and St. Mary's Church. Walk to historical Planty Park, and a number of the city's iconic monuments nearby.
We offer private drivers: airport pick up, transportation to Auschwitz, Salt Mine, Zakopane etc.
Guarded parking nearby: Westerplatte Street 18; 5pln/h, 50pln/24h

Main Train and Bus Station - 15 min walk
In view of apartment's character and location we kindly ask to abide our House Rules. Primarily please remember about quiet hours from 22:00 till 6:00 (organizing party is strictly forbidden) as well as not smoking in the apartment. Smokers can do it outside on the balcony.

Our vocation is to offer you an amazing stay in our apartment, whether you are in Cracow for tourist or work, a stay without bad surprises or disappointments.
This is why we try to take great care of everything we provide.
Make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours.
1. Turn off the light when you are not using it. Don’t leave the lights on when you are out of the apartment.
We can help the environment by the way we utilise our electricity. Turning off lights can help the environment when they are not needed is the most economical way of helping the problem. Our home lighting affects the environment in several ways. By not turning off the lights you increase the pollution, the main environmental concern.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment.
You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. According to the Airbnb host guarantee , guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred. The list of contents is attached to this house rules.
3. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
Please make sure you listed the correct number of people sleeping in the apartment. This is also important so that we can provide enough towels & bed sheets. Daily guests are allowed inside. If You have friends or family that you want to invite inside for longer please discuss it previously with the host.
4. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden.
As courtesy to our neighbours and security reasons this place is not rented for any special events or productions. Exceptions can be made if previously discussed and settled.
5. Before leaving the house make sure all windows are closed ( in case of rain, the water will damage the wooden floor and could cause a flood ).
6. This is a non smoking apartment.
Any disobedience to this rules will be followed by a procedure in Airbnb resolution center and could engage charges on the security deposit.
