-Kitchen/Living Space and Half Bathroom are located on the entry level, the 2 bedrooms/bathrooms are a floor below via a short flight of stairs (Each have outside access to the hot tub and private courtyard)
-There home offers garage parking (2 spaces) and Driveway Parking (2 spaces)
-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150(plus tax)/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
* Cleaning Fees Cost Explained - Sunnydays Vacation Rentals is committed to paying our housekeepers a living wage and we will not use cleaners that are not legal to work in the United States. All Laundry is washed off site from the property to assure that your laundry has been properly washed in industrial temperatures and with hotel grade soaps and treatment supplies for your safety.
