NOISE POLICY:
- We are zero tolerance in enforcing our noise policy. At all hours, noise must be kept to a level such that it can’t be heard outside the home. Creating noise that results in a neighbor complaint will be cause for immediate termination of your reservation.
- We intentionally do not provide outdoor furniture or porch access for large groups because our neighbors can be particular about outdoor noise throughout the day. This is a quiet, tree-lined street with older neighbors, and noise from a loud group conversation outdoors can really carry. As such, please keep larger group hangouts and conversations indoors.
- Please leave windows in the dining and kitchen areas closed to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- Absolutely no loud volumes or excitable gatherings allowed that can be heard by the neighbors. Please keep all conversations indoors.
HOME AMENITIES:
- Excluded amenities: Front porch, back deck, and back yard
Please note that the first floor washer/dryer and basement kitchen are not available for guest use. Please use the main floor kitchen and basement laundry room washer dryer instead!
- We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)
BOOKINGS:
- The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $25 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. Vrbo should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".
- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.
- We are also located close to a greenbelt/neighbors' backyard. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.

- This home is not suitable for parties of any type, and guests may not have friends spend the night.
- We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)
- Under the Seattle zoning code for this neighborhood, guest occupancy is restricted to 8 unrelated individuals. Groups larger than 8 must affirm during reservation that there are not more than 8 unrelated guests.
* NO SHOES INSIDE *
- Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!
* NO SMOKING *
- Please do not smoke inside our home or within 20 ft of the perimeters! Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fee.
* TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS *
Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
* LOST & FOUND *
Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will change $50 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind! :)
* NO MAILBOX ACCESS *
We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
* STREET PARKING *
Free 24hrs street parking right in front of the property on 19th Ave E for 2 cars max. Please limit to 2 cars and avoid blocking any driveways.

We stayed at this property to attend Flock Fiber festival and needed a big place to accommodate us all. I love the neighborhood! We had plenty of rooms to fit everyone. Everything was clean.
This is a good place to stay for quiet folks, as the neighbors are quite noise sensitive, but we had no problems!

Fantastic location; spacious accommodating layout; very responsive property managers.
Extreme noise restrictions with constant reminders are unrealistic for groups with young children or groups who talk loudly. No use of the house's outdoor spaces is permitted - including a 10-foot couch blocking access to a large front porch. Laminated cards remind guests to keep all windows in kitchen and dining room closed - even though the windows of the complaining neighbors' house, which is about 6 feet away, are never closed. Another sign asks that trash be piled in bags indoors so the neighbors don't complain about potentially using the wrong outdoor trash bins - despite the fact that a big group easily generates 2 bags of trash/recyclables each day.

During our stay in Capitol Hill for the ARVO conference, the House of Sherry was our haven. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, its charm was matched by the convenience of excellent bus service to the city center. Our group of nine colleagues found solace in its elegant yet cozy ambiance, making our stay both memorable and productive.

This place is so spacious and well stocked! We were a group of 13 and we're very comfortable.
Neighbors here are very sensitive to noise and potentially just aren't interested in having a rental as neighbors. so no conversationa outside at all or opening windows inside spaces if people are talking. We tried to be mindful of this but we're still notified a few times we were being too noisy.

We had 14 guys all on a flag football team stay here and it was perfect. Good beds, great TV room and pool area downstairs, and well located.

This was the cleanist and most well maintained property that I ever stayed in.The beds were comfortable. Their was plenty of room for the families and friends to gather and have alone time.The coffee and fixings were not expected but gteat.L9cation was great neighborhood was safe,and family oriented.It was a walkable neighborhood.
