About this house rental
Mama Bears Blue Bungalow gives our guests a beautiful updated home with fully fenced in yard and hot tub to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. Our3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath located in Candler has a view of Pinnacle Mountain. The openfloorpan offers the primary bedroom ensuite on the 1st floor with the 2 additional bedrooms upstairs that share a bath in between. TV's in both living room and all bedrooms gives everyone the space they need to enjoy. Outdoor seating on the deck overlooking the fire pit with additional seating below. There isplenty of space for the kids and Fido to run. No Pet Fees adds value to your stay as well.

House was super clean, had everything we needed and more! Convenient location to downtown Asheville. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Mama Bear’s Bungalow. This was a great home near the wedding venue for our family. The coffee and chocolate chip cookies were a nice surprise!

House was great just how it was listed. When we got there Friday evening grass hadn’t been cut. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal if we didn’t have small dogs going outside. We mentioned the grass amongst ourselves. The next morning we left for the day to enjoy Asheville, once we returned we noticed someone came to the property and the grass had been cut. The owners never reached out to confirm they or anyone else would be coming to the property. I don’t know if they went into the house while our belongings and dogs were inside or if they stayed outside the entire timee. The grass cutter blew grass all on our vehicles as well. I had a very uneasy feeling after that. They have a ring doorbell so they knew when we left that day I’m not sure if they heard our conversation about the grass. Everything else was great I just felt that incident was an invasion of privacy.

Great property. Very clean and had a nice cozy feel to it. The cookies left for us were delicious. Easy access to the highway if you are touring Biltmore.

The property was perfect in so many ways. It was spotless and very nicely decorated. The hosts were very thoughtful to provide treats, coffee and clear instructions for the house. We loved the comfortable outdoor seating on the back deck. The location was conveniently located between Ashville and Mount Pisgah hiking trails, with gorgeous views. We really enjoyed our visit at Mama Bear's Blue Bungalow!

My mom, aunt and two sisters visited for my mom’s 75th birthday. We had a great time. Everything was very clean, plenty of space for our group and a short drive to Biltmore, shopping, and restaurants. Would definitely return.

One of the cleanest, neatest VRBO properties we’ve stayed in! We were three couples attending a nearby wedding and the house was perfect for us. Quick access to the venue and an easy, short drive to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. The beds were very comfortable, the decor is super cute, and the A/C worked great. The owners have thought of everything—the kitchen has everything you need, plenty of games and puzzles and movies, and nice welcome gifts. I highly recommend this property!

It was our first time to the Asheville. We rent houses all the time and this property was clean, comfortable, close to everything and exactly matched what was listed. There was plenty of room for our family. The bedrooms were a great size and beds were very comfortable. There was a slight issue with the AC that was fixed within the hour. The host was very accommodating and responded immediately when reached out to. I highly recommend this property!!

As stated in previous reviews, this property is very neat and clean. That is a huge plus but I would also like to mention that the furnishings are very unique and really add to the comfort and ambiance of this home. Francia and Steve were easy to communicate with and are excellent hosts. I would stay here again and again.

We enjoyed a family gathering at the nice property and would stay again. The house is very clean and well appointed. The location was close to Asheville and Black Mountain- we visited both areas and the owner was quick to respond to questions! Five star rating.

We spent a wonderful weekend at this beautiful, sparkling clean house outside of Asheville. The area is a mix of suburban and rural. Plan to drive to get to commercial areas. The house itself is lovely, with a big grassy yard, and very comfortable. The owner, Francia, was extremely responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

A Covid-clean, beautifully decorated and spacious house that beats all the homes I've stayed in these past 30 years! The house was outfitted with everything you need to cook for a crowd. There is abundant closet space, comfortable beds, and every bedroom has a TV! We loved it so much that we bought the house nest door!!

Clean, new feel(house is newer), great view, nice amenities for me and my adult children. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The bed I was in was so comfortable and the linens were cleaner than my own pillow that I brought from home. Very clean, did I say that yet? Loved the house and was not sure I would. The pictures do not do it justice. I would stay here again! Thanks to the owners for the special touches that were very welcoming.

We had a great week at the Blue Bungalow. The group consisted of 5 adults, an infant, and a pup. Plenty of seating and room for all of us. Very nice greeting package. The fire bowl was great in the cool evening for a smore!

This beautiful and meticulously clean kept retreat is worth a visit. They included all the luxuries of a hotel with toiletries, coffee and sweet treats from a local bakery. The property manager was readily available by text to communicate any questions. We will definitely return again. Mama Bears Blue Bungalow is absolutely lovely.
