About this house rental

As featured in Grand Designs, it’s not hard to see why this eco-home has made its way into our collection. Nestled within 1.5 acres of serene countryside, this is the perfect setting for an immersive escape – one that will leave you feeling refreshed from the moment of arrival. Featuring a natural swimming pond, a wood-fired hot tub and a fire pit, there are endless ways to soak up the natural beauty of this location. Inside, the rooms are well suited to cosy gatherings with children’s amenities available on request. You can also enjoy access to a tennis court during your stay, plus it’s just a short walk to Bosham’s picturesque seafront. Home truths: *Please note this home is best suited to six adults and four children due to the rooms with bunk beds. *The second children's bedroom now features two single beds for adults instead of bunk beds. *Your host can provide a cot for free upon request. Children will also need to be supervised outside at all times. *Please let your host know two weeks in advance if you would like to use the hot tub during your stay. *Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home. Guests are also asked to observe quiet hours outside from 7pm. *The hosts have two rabbits in a large pen within the grounds – they come to feed them around 5pm every day.
