Very quaint and comfortable.
Only issue we had was with the tv; couldn't figure out the volume and internet, got the password, but didn't know what internet to use.
Other than that it was very nice.

The Bungalow is in a great location on a quiet street near shops, restaurants, and Simms park. The backyard is fantastic for relaxing. The owner is very responsive to questions and requests.

So much character has been added to this bungalow! The entire house and grounds are artfully decorated and it’s all beautifully done. Located on a quiet residential street, this house is so, so comfortable and cozy. I wish I could have stayed longer. Monica was quick to respond to any questions I had and check in and out were a breeze.

This property was an absolute honour to stay in. It had been transformed into a 1930 charming country cottage. It had a lot of modern amenities along with beautiful decoration throughout the property. The large backyard was equipped with a gas bbq, two lanais, one with a large table and chairs, the other with cushioned seating area for 6 people. The screen in porch at the front entrance was beautifully decorated with 2 rocking chair and a table with books about the area on it. The entire was extremely compared to other vrbo’s we have rented. I would not hesitate to recommend this property as a place to rent for a short stay or an extended stay.

This 1930's Bungalow was so cute and cozy! So many comforts were available. The patio area was fantastic. I just wish we had had more time to spend there. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area. We hope to come back again. Thanks so much for everything!

We loved the location to downtown. Was able to walk to all the places.
The bungalow was small, but we weren’t there much because we enjoyed different places to go. I would suggest a little stool by the bed so it is easier for short people to get into bed, that was a challenge.

Had a need for a short (one night) stay in the New Port Richey area and this cottage was the perfect spot. Very comfortable, it’s small and cozy and has everything you’d need. The bonus is a larger than expected back yard with plenty of amenities including grill. Great communication with owner Monica. Located just blocks from downtown bars and shops. Will be back for a longer stay next time I’m visiting family in the area.

This place is amazing. It was very clean and convenient to everything we were in Tampa for. The communication was very quick with the manager and she was so nice and accommodating. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Tampa area, this place is definitely worth a closer look.

It was obvious the host put a lot of thought and preparation into her listing. The owner was very kind and accommodating. Everything exceeded our expectations. I traveled with an unrelated friend. I was told that there were two beds and two bedrooms. I was told that one bedroom had a twin bed and one had a queen. The bedroom with the twin bed was a closet converted to converted to a converted to a bedroom. No ventilation! The second bedroom had the queen bed but the queen bed was elevated so high that I could not get into the bed without using a chair and then I was afraid I would roll out of the bed. The house was decorated very nicely but that bedroom didn't function because the bed was too high and the other bedroom didn't function because it had no ventilation. My friend Jay was brave so he slept on the bed that was high and had a fan and I slept on the living room couch. Also the TV system was spectrum which is not a system that is in every city in the United States and I didn't know how to operate it and so it took us half the week just figuring out how to get the TV to work properly. There should have been some directions. Although it was cute and we enjoyed the area, I will not stay there again nor will I recommend it to any friends who are seniors.

We loved our stay. Enjoyed the bungalow, outdoor living space and neighborhood. Beautifully decorated. Very clean, great sheets and towels. Has everthing you need. Honeymoon State Park and beach is a must see and swim. Eat outside at Whisky Joes. Great dinner sunset. Fish and chips were great. Thank you for sharing your home.
