This rental really fit our needs for a family of 5 during a remodel. There were some events that happened but the managers were very receptive and handled any issues we had. A great stay, would definitely do it again.

This is a lovely house in the foothills with great desert views. We really appreciated having a garage to park in. The house was clean and the closet space is very good, with plenty of hangers. The only downside was a very dirty BBQ with a broken burner (possibly a bit dangerous). We contacted the host and he said it would be replaced. This is a great house if the BBQ issue is fixed!!

The house is in a beautiful location, with a desert wash behind the property, meaning lots of privacy and access to nature viewing from the deck and yard. It's close to amenities but with a remote feel. In the wash behind the house, we saw lizards, rabbits, quail, owls, hawks, hummingbirds, a road runner, and loads of other splendid birds! The property manager was easily reached and very responsive. We had to reach out a few times, as the house was not set up with enough paper products or linens for our 3-week stay. They always came through quickly, and our needs were met. They could benefit from the addition of a property manual, with instructions on such things as working the heat and A/C, and how to manage garbage and recycling. The property itself was roomy, the outside areas a bonus, and the kitchen was great. For its price point, many areas of the property are dated and showing their age, and in need of maintenance or replacement. The most evident are damaged and missing window screens, dirty shag carpet on the stairs, an interlocking brick walkway in the yard that has an area of collapse, and an old, poorly working built-in barbeque. Overall, the access to nature and the responsiveness of the property managers outshone the flaws, and we enjoyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed this house with a great location and views. The host was very responsive when we had an enquiry. I would stay here again.

We liked the house and location. The house is located in a cluster of other homes off a pretty busy road. It is very private and quiet and looks right over a wash. Great views. We walked our dog up and down the driveways and in the wash. Several good restaurants are about a mile away and there is hiking nearby. Outdoor space at this house is amazing.

The property was very nice and so was the location. The yard was on the smaller side but had good seating areas and great views, it was also fenced, which is nice if you have a dog. Lastly, the turn off the main road onto a "shared driveway" was really easy to miss.
There were a few things that could be improved upon... the place wreaked of cleaner and the smell never fully went away, the garbage disposal was clogged and not working, the upstairs bathroom sink was really slow draining, and while the place is laid out great it definitely could use some minor updates (doors, screens, etc.).
Communication with the owner was good after booking the place but not so much prior to. We only stayed 1 night and there seemed to be a lot of automated messages from the owner that was a bit much.
Overall, happy with the booking and would recommend to others.

The home was charming! The views are stunning and the home itself was a pleasant surprise. It was well stocked and the kitchen was user friendly with upgraded appliances. I would definitely recommend this property.
